My first thought visiting here was my Lord they need a bigger parking lot. They do validate parking but only for the lot right in front. Secondly, I appreciate the QR code to automatically join the waitlist. They definitely need a bigger space for how popular this place is. For a party of 2 we waited about 15 minutes for a table on a Sunday night. There's another QR code when you're ready to order & pay all in one which is pretty awesome for saving time. Deep flavor broth, el dente and tasty ramen, fresh toppings. Great, fast service. Will come back. Recommended.
Exceptional ramen. Hands down my favorite place in Charlotte. Spicy Tan Tan is my go-to. Do not second guess, just go.
