45 mins left of business nothing on line at all. Might as well close at 10 very disappointed given the advertisement of business hours.

The pico was terrible and tasted rotten. There was hardly any chicken on my burrito and my husband's bowl. I paid for guacamole and didn't get a full scoop. Terrible meal. And the employees were terrible, one girl just stared at us and gave us a dirty look. Awful food and experience.

Rating as a Doordash driver. Order was ready and staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. Also if you have the time and a bit of spare cash, donate to save the animals at the small table, outside to the left of the main door. A very sweet and to be honest, gorgeous and genuine young gal named Kat(spelling?)....talk to her!

I really don’t know why this location is still open or why i keep Coming here, i guess Because convince. There’s nothing convenient about this place though. Got here at about 9pm and they were out of alot of things, and My sprite tasted like seltzer water.

Pick up order. Ordered chips w my food and they didn't say anything about not having chips. They offered a drink, their drink machine was down. I couldn't get anything and paid $20 for not even a full order. The stupid AI gave me a free order of chips but it's only for a limited time and I don't live near a chipotle. 0/5

Waste of time, drive the extra bit to a different location. Always an issue here. Today they wouldnt do burritos cause the press was broken. Last time they had a catering order so they turned me away. Another time “out of chicken for the day”. Has chipotle fallen off… overpriced slop bowl. Go to stonehaven chipotle, always a pleasure going there.

The worst chipotle I have ever been to, and of course the closest to my house. I frequently get chipotle (maybe once a week) and every single time I come to this location I have a bad experience. They are ALWAYS out of something. Most recently, every time I go (which is at normal dinner time) they are out of either tortilla wraps or chips. Like what??? Today they were out of vinaigrette. I also walked up and no one was there. I waited multiple minutes when someone finally came up and she gave the biggest Sigh I have ever witnessed and didn’t even say hello just immediately said “we are out of tortillas.” Honestly not a shocker at this point. The workers are always goofing off and never are respectful. The chips are legitimately always stale. I have never had a fresh batch. And she fills my side of queso up barely half way. I go to this chipotle because it is convenient for me but I’m about to start driving to a different one because this place is awful.

Every time I come to this Chipotle it’s never clean. It’s 6:30PM and I’m the only customer in here yet every table is dirty, has napkins, or rice or a bag on it. They are out of burritos. The trash is overflowing and four employees are just standing at the cash register. Wonder if the manager just didn’t care. It would probably take 10 minutes to wipe all the tables down and take out the trash. Again. I’m the only customer here. And the food is cold this time. I’m pretty sure this will be last time at this Chipotle. It just seems to get worse every visit. Which is disappointing because so many other chipotle’s are actually fast, hot food and good service. Not this one.

Ordered a burrito and got half the portion I’ve gotten at every other chipotle. It was literally one side all steak and one side all veggies. Order from another chipotle bc this place is trash

Order from here regularly. Recently placed a to-go order. Came in, went straight to the shelf to grab my order. Had an employee pass me with a bad attitude. Realized I needed salad dressing, went to the register. A guy stayed on his phone while halfway acknowledging me standing there. There were no customers in line at the time. Little to say my order was sad quality wise. This place has went downhill over the past year.

I've found this particular Chipotle to be the most consistent in Charlotte. Generally, their team members have a good attitude.

Every time I go here, there is always food and trash on the counters, they're always out of an ingredient, and have been out of soft drinks numerous times. This past week, they haven’t had small cup lids for a while and they gave me a small cup without a lid anyway. Hard shells for tacos are stale and broken, and I also got food poisoning. The place needs a good cleanup.
