When I was there, there was food stains all over the counter. I thought it was strange because there was only one person at the end of the meal and the mess wasn't due to too many customers at the counter. The employees in the area were sloppy. They need to improve a lot in this regard.

Chipotle in general needs to do better. There is no reason I cannot call and speak to an actual human being!?!??? I am person not a robot I would like to be able to communicate without pauses and glitches. Corporate where is honey vinaigrette?!?? If you know it’s a high commodity then it should be a focus point to make sure your restaurants are continually stocked with the product. It can’t be that hard yet I am aware of a lack of high level customer service and appreciation throughout the fast food industry.

DO NOT EAT HERE!. I unfortunately googled Chipotle without looking at the reviews to the location that was closest to me. A miss on my part.
The food is disgusting. My chips were so soggy they were falling apart. My queso looked curtled and the container was only filled halfway. The pork in my bowl was ice cold. I was floored. I stood there and watched them make it, drove home, maybe 15 minutes, maybe and that pork was so cold it was like they took it out of the refrigerator and added to my bowl. I didn't eat it. I can't imagine how long it was sitting there at unsafe temperatures to be as cold as it was. I just pray I don't get sick.

It was fine. Pretty quick service. Kind of dirty.

everything sucks - nobody to be seen at the prep line and when they finally greet you they look miserable and unwelcoming- everything is out of stock, and cleanliness does not exist, absolutely disgusting

Ordered online at 8:40. Got a notification order was ready at 8:50. Got to the location at 9:05…no front employees around, just one lady cooking chicken. Make line was filthy, floors dirty. Two employees appeared around 9:15 but I was told to hold on while she attended to some of the other waiting customers. When I was able to get her attention and showed her our order was ready at 8:50, was told they were out to taco shells and would it be okay to have soft tacos. Location was also out of rice per a sign on the door.
This location is half a mile from my house and we’ve been customers since it opened. It’s gotten progressively worse over the years. It’s by far the worst Chipotle I’ve personally experienced. I emailed the manager once but never heard back. We will never go here again.

This business model is not a hard concept to grasp and yet every time I go into this particular Chipotle (which I won’t again) I realize that some of the laziest and most unprofessional people work at this particular Chipotle. What is the deal? Perhaps the owner of the franchise does not care. I’ve been to other locations in Charlotte that are way superior to this one.
Here’s the details of my latest and last visit.
The longest line in the history of lines. And everyone in line was pissed. There’s no reason for that long of a wait. It’s fast food. And all the food delivery people were standing around waiting on their customers orders and you KNOW they were furious. At one point one of the drivers said, “Come on I’ve been here forever!”
I can’t give an exact reason for the delay but I feel like it was just a case of a poorly ran business.

Sullen is no way to go through life but I’m starting to think that it’s a job qualification for this location.
I get it-you serve fast food. No one wants that job but IT’S A JOB! And we have all had cruddy jobs in our lifetime. I did those cruddy jobs and I did it with a smile and the motivation that someday I wouldn’t have to work that job.
Ok back to the situation. The kitchen what I could see of it was disgusting! There was a PILE OF TRASH visible on the floor that employees were tracking through back and forth. It was shocking. Unfortunately I had paid at that point and was being handed my bag of food.
My daughter ordered chips and guacamole and the container of guacamole was half filled.
When I asked for more lettuce the employee sighed. Really? Is it so hard for you to put an actual handful of lettuce on a burrito bowl? Cause the first go round was like 4 pieces.
When I asked for the verde salsa he pointed to the empty container and said “we’re out!” like I didn’t have eyeballs to see they were out. I said “yes, I see that. Will you be getting more from the back?”
He glared at me and said “no, we’re out.”
And that ladies and gentlemen is the employee of the month at this Chipotle. I’m kidding of course but it wouldn’t surprise me.
I could really eat my food. I kept seeing the heap of trash in my mind and wondered…if it’s that bad where visible to customers - what is it like in the back of the kitchen? Are rats carrying off bags of salsa verde and that’s why there isn’t any in house? Did the employees just decide Today is the day we don’t make anymore salsa and you can’t do anything about it!
Well, I can take my Chipotle business elsewhere. There’s a Chipotle like every 3 miles in Charlotte. And while this one was convenient, there’s no reason to give money to an established constantly gives the metaphorical bird to its customers.
Dirty? Check
Rude? Check
Skimpy portions? Check
Long wait? Check
If the owner of this franchise is reading this…just get it together! Make a surprise appearance. Send some friends in to dine under cover. And get the trash under control. Cause a visit from the health department last night would have closed your doors.

Pretty basic restaurant for this chain. But overall food quality and interior seemed below average for chipotle

6-7 employees there and the trash cans were over flowing, no juice drinks made, no peppers and onions , horrible portions even paying for double meat. Couldn’t get much worse.

This place is ridiculous. The people are rude and they serve the food as if it comes out of their paycheck. The portions r similar to what I would give a small child. When you request more food they deny you. Not sure why anyone would waste their time and money at this chipotle, when there are others in Charlotte who treat you far better.

Small scoops and then they charge you for extra. Not a fan of this locations. They ration the food out to make it last longer. Not fair to customer

I have never met people that just struggle to put together a bowl of food. And when you ask a question they just have a blank face. I truly don’t understand the disconnect.

Went to check out and asked for a water cup and the lady informed me that they were out of water cups and then if I wanted a water, I would have to purchase a drink. 😂😂. Ridiculous
