Title: Disappointing Experience at Chipotle - Avoid This LocationI recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at Chipotle, specifically at this branch, which has consistently been disappointing for the past couple of years. My pickup order, placed well in advance, was not ready until a full hour past the designated pickup time. Upon arriving, I found over a dozen customers in the same predicament, waiting endlessly for their orders.What struck me as particularly concerning was the apparent lack of managerial presence. There didn't seem to be a manager or supervisor on-site to address the chaos and long wait times. This lack of oversight clearly contributed to the disarray and customer dissatisfaction.Adding insult to injury, the store was out of multiple ingredients, severely limiting the choices for those who managed to receive their orders. When I inquired about a refund for missing items like chips, I was met with incompetence; they were unable to process any refunds, leaving me and many others out of pocket for items we never received.Overall, my experience at this Chipotle location was beyond disappointing. The consistently poor service, long wait times, lack of managerial presence, ingredient shortages, and inability to address customer concerns adequately make it clear that this branch needs serious improvement. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this Chipotle location altogether.

Order issues every single time. Even when I am at the bar ordering. Bowl swapping, wrong ingredient isle, long hair dipping into my food, you name the problem, it happens.
The food here is as good as any Chipotle. The taste and quality is just what I expect. My issue is with how often my online orders are incorrectly made. I can understand if one thing is forgotten about every blue moon, but the last three orders I made here during my lunch hour were all made incorrectly (missing items, items not available, items added that were not ordered). I try to order ahead to save myself time on my breaks, but they are consistently wrong.This time I made sure to check my bowl before leaving and sure enough I was missing my protein, veggies, and pico, and beans I did not order were added. To the staff’s credit my bowl was quickly remade once brought it up to the counter, but I shouldn’t have to worry about my order being wrong every time I go.

Corporate honestly needs to get involved in this Chipotle. They are never fully stocked. Every time I come, they are out of something whether that’s chicken, steak, fajita veggies, or guacamole.The staff unfortunately isn’t very pleasant either, but I can’t say I blame them as I’m sure they get nasty customers all day upset about not being able to get what they come to chipotle for in the first place.Disappointing overall and if I were the franchisee I would be unbelievably upset. Judging by the rest of the reviews, majority feel the same way. Hopefully they get it together, but I will never be back.

We love Chipotle and frequent them often. I've been to this location several times and recently have had some unpleasant experiences with the staff. My visit today I ordered a burrito bowl, side of guacamole and a bag of chips. (also holding a toddler on my hip). When I checked out I asked the man at the register for a cup for water. He replied by telling me they now "charge for water cups". I was taken back- first of all, i've never heard of this. Go to chipotle basically weekly and never have heard this before. Secondly, I had ordered a whole meal- which I would assume comes with a drink??Anyway- insane! I declined to "purchase a water cup." We ate our food and my toddler continued to ask & cry for water. I finally went back up to the counter to ask how much it would cost for a water cup. The man then said "here you can have it since you have a baby with you."Super unprofessional and just wow. Beware if you're going to this location!

Today’s cashier was denying me the reasonable portion of protein because “it was too much” when that wasn’t true, because what they mostly put is rice and it looks like that, but the bowl was almost just rice. We payed not just for rice and some veggies. Please be more fair.
