I visited the Chipotle at SouthPark Mall, and while it was super busy with a long line, the staff did their best to manage both the crowd and the cleanliness of the space, which was a challenge given how hectic it was. Despite the chaos, the food was delicious as always—flavorful and fresh. Great effort by the team under pressure!

The food is fine. The inside where they serve is filthy. I get that they are serving but at least remove what is thrown to the sides so that it doesn't pile up. It looks dirty and just not clean. The service was ok. It gets pretty loud in there for some reason. No smiles, just like what do you want and here. Never going back I'm scared to get sick.
