I Dont know the manager’s name but she worked today sunday 1/16/25 5:00pm. Everytime i see her i get excited because i know the food is going to be good and the team is efficient. When she is not there, it takes atleast 20 minutes to get my food , the staff is unpredictable and unprofessional.BUT When this particular manager is there , SHE RUNS A TIGHT SHIP! So thank you for great and efficient work you and your team really get it done.

their queso is so different from before, idk if it’s this location only or what, but the cheese and the oil separate in the container because i always get my queso on the side.

they get through everyone pretty fast and have a good amount of people working in there daily.

the food is pretty mediocre and that’s what kept the stars.

It’s a nice chipotle but i’m disappointed that within the past 3 months I’ve seen something weird in my lettuce, my rice was undercooked and there was a piece of hair in my food.

I now ask them to cover my food while waiting for them to put toppings on because they talk, and reach over your food unintentionally. Some of them will have an attitude if you ask but that’s not my problem. I’d rather you assume something is personal than for me to get sick.
