川王府 Riceblossom: Authentic Chinese Cuisine (Taste of SHU)

Riceblossom is definitely one of my FAVORITE Szechuan style restaurants in Charlotte. The food here is absolutely delicious and the service and staff here is amazing. If you’re craving great Chinese food especially Szechuan dishes, give this place a try. I highly recommend it.

The large hot and sour soup was excellent—easily our new favorite. Fish in chili oil was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The diced chicken with pepper was a bit dry and just okay. Prices are slightly higher than other Chinese spots, but the quality makes it worth it. Definitely worth a visit!

川王府 Riceblossom is the best Chinese restaurant I have ever been to. The food is exceptional. Honestly, this restaurant is top ten in Charlotte. The prices are reasonable, and the servers are very kind. They have a mix of traditional Chinese dishes and American Chinese dishes. I'm telling ya, this place is to die for. You gotta try it out.

The hand made wontons in chili oil were amazing. We split the Three Pepper Lamb and the Calamari Stir Fry. Both were very good but the Calamari Stir Fry was a stand out. Clean faculty and friendly staff. A solid choice for szechuan food.

Was looking forward to this, for birthday party. Food was actually seasoned well but the protein?? Who knows. Everything is deep fried! Not much taste because all the food is just covered in a fried batter with a small amount of meat on the inside.
It’s not what we expected and feels like typical American version of food. We didn’t finish and will not come back.

Friendly staff and the food is good. It is close to authentic from my experiences eating elsewhere. Cumin Lamb and Three Pepper Beef Stir Fry in Szechuan Style are great options. Plenty of parking available too.

Overall the food is decent. We ordered orange chicken, beef and broccoli, sweet and sour chicken and spicy mushrooms in a flaming pan.

Everything was ok. Not amazing and certainly not worth the price. The spicy mushroom dish was the most fragrant and flavorful. But spicy... No, it wasn't spicy.

The service was less than ideal. Yes it was on Christmas day it was a little busy. But we arrived before the rush and it still took a while to be served. The staff was friendly, though. Overall it's ok. I don't know that we will be back but don't take my word for it, stop in and try it for yourself. ,

The best Singapore noodles I’ve ever had had. Great seasoning and generous portions of pork, shrimp and chicken. I also had the cucumbers which are refreshing. I didn’t care for the spring rolls which is why I took a stat off -they need some dipping sauce (sweet chili?) I will be back and will try other dishes.

The couple's lung slices for 15 knives were rated 8/10 for being delicious, while the grilled fish for 45 knives was rated 3/10 for its strong earthy smell. It's not very spicy, I think it's good for spicy food, and my husband who doesn't like spicy food can also accept it. Next time I want to order saliva chicken, dry pot, and mapo tofu
