Ordered online picked up got home food old like all day old if you peeled the skin off you could eat I guess the biscuits can break teeth the okra looked like yesterdays and the fried oh well you can guess I usually pick up an order of okra from them cause they are just that good but idk what who why but tonight ain’t it and I definitely want a full refund only pictured to okra you really can’t see cold chicken n biscuits or fries but okra cmon now

My experience with this location has been consistently terrible!! Instead of declining my delivery, they gave me the wrong food 3 times. When I went to the restaurant to get the correct thing, the manager replied, “I’m not surprised they gave you the wrong thing.” I would not recommend this location.

Waited 45 minutes for a 10 piece. Cashier forgot about my order and gave it to the next person. With them being low on chicken I had to wait an extra 30 minutes for the chicken to cook because of the cashiers mistake.
NEVER AGAIN will I waste my time and energy coming to this place. An hour of my time was wasted with poor customer service and mediocre chicken.

No drive thru, didn’t have chicken ready( 20 min wait), fruit flies everywhere, people out front begging or selling stuff. Chicken was too greasy, restaurant needed cleaning, kitchen needed cleaning. If I hadn’t drove 25 to get there I would have left.
Cashier was so busy flirting he got my order wrong. Another lady came back because her order was not complete.

Just trash. Took forever for someone to ask for my order. Chicken was small, hot and tasty but, small. The biscuit was warm, fresh, and smothered in honey. I had to throw it out though. It tasted like soap. It's been awhile since I've eaten at Churches, it'll probably be a long while again. Really, Churches? Same price as a whole chicken and a loaf of bread at the grocery store.
Parking: No one eats here by the look of the parking lot. Nearly empty at 11:30 am

I was excited when I saw this church's chicken. Church's back in the day was IT! Unfortunately, not anymore. I should have did something else with that 12.00. Sorry church's you have definitely lost the touch. Service was friendly and personable but the food was horrible. 2 stars are for the staff. If you need a friend.. Go here. If you need food.. Go some where else ?
