One of my favorite chicken spots when im in Charlotte. I was visiting their last weekend (3/24-3-25-24) and had to stop and grab some chicken before going back to Virginia .
Paid $11 for 3 burnt to the crisp pieces of chicken. And fries that had okra mixed into them. The only thing that was worth it was the biscuit.

So where do I start lol, we ordered $50.00 worth of chicken this morning before they even opened which was supposed to be at 10:30 and it was far past 11am .The so called store manager is guess that's her title but by the way she acted no professionalism at all.Told us to cancel the order because they didn't have any chicken but little did she know we were right down the street and it was clearly chicken cooked and ready to be served, also by me observing her coming to the door looks like she had more of the companies food around her mouth that being served lol.Then we haven't been refunded our money back from our transaction this is a horrible restaurant if you got someone like that running the restaurant you should either fire that person or shut the darn place down it doesn't make any sense ?

The building is very dingy looking. They also didn't have half of the stuff on their menu at 6pm, so I had to go somewhere else.
The chicken is good. Don't go for anything else. Price too good to be true. The store is filthy. Muddy water all over the kitchen floor. Parking lot littered with trash. Just clean it up guys. Hire more workers, increase price to cover. But clean it up immediately. Low income People and students rely on this place to eat. This is embarrassing to the community and unhealthy

It was truly disappointing dealing with the untrained, unprofessional and argumentative employee Ltisa. I did a survey. When I gave her the receipt with the code I was given, she was clueless and I mean totally clueless. She questioned me on what it was. According to her, I should have brought it back the next day. It doesn't state a specific time frame on the receipt. I did ask for a manager and was told he wasn't there. I called the customer service telephone number and was told someone would contact me...I'm still waiting. Oh yes, I did witness Ltisa grab french fries with her hands and eat them.
