This was an absolutely, lovely place. Now, it is a small place so make a reservation before hand, we did and we still had to wait a little while for a table to open up. With that being said, the manager and waitresses were very accommodating making sure we were ok and bringing us wine and if we wanted a little something to eat we could order, but we just wanted to sit at the table before eating. The manager was very friendly and was apologetic and made sure we got a place to sit....
This place is excellent!!!! The food was to die for. We had to wait a bit, but it was well worth the wait. The waitress was so friendly, excellent customer service. Definitely worth the trip to try.
We decided to come to Cicchetti for our first date night uptown in Charlotte, and that was a fantastic decision. Our server, AZ, was fantastic and made some great recommendations. We simply told him our wine preferences and he brought us some great choices. The service was impeccable and the food blew our minds. We definitely recommend the espresso martini! Azuriah was the only name we got, but the hostess and bartender were super helpful as well. We cannot recommend this spot...
