I had a great a experience with Taylor yesterday at the Rea Rd Charlotte location. She was very kind and very helpful when I asked her questions. She mentioned she floats around to different locations so I may not see her again. I have never seen that level of service at any of the locations I've been to. We stopped by the Charlotte location on Rea Rd yesterday on our way from Charlotte back to Wilmington. We had the breakfast wrap and a smoothie. The server went out of his way for us. We also bought 6 juices to take back and he supplied us with ice so the juice could stay cold. Very thoughtful. The restaurant was clean and had a great atmosphere. We travel to Charlotte about once a month so we will definitely be back!
