Great spot in CLT for "healthy" shakes and melal replacements. All shakes are under 250 calories and taste too good to be true! My favorites have been the fruity pebbles shake and the lemon raspberry cheesecake! The protein flavor is almost non existent and they "decor" the shakes to make you forget you're even having something healthy. Just moved here to Charlotte And saw this on my way to work I love shake shops as I walked in the owner was super welcoming. they really care about their customers, she is wonderful I highly recommend this spot to anybody that needs a protein shake in the morning doesn't have time to make it at home!!!!!! Plus they taste great!!!!
