My go-to coffee shop each time I am in Charlotte. The staff is excellent and the service is top notch. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a cozy and chill coffee shop to spend an afternoon.
Great spot. Plenty of room to eat in the heart of uptown.

We had an early flight into Charlotte on a Saturday and needed a spot to work remotely before checking into our hotel. This place was fantastic. SO much space, great drinks and snacks, and the wifi worked pretty well for video calls. 10/10 would recommend for anyone who needs a spot to work remotely.

Had a good Dirty Chai Latte. It can be very busy but since it's close to a Hotel Lobby there is plenty of space for focusing on reading or studying. Also a good spot for a date.

Great cortado. Good wifi & comfortable seating in the back. A bit loud in the front. Excellent service.
Great little place. Very cozy with friendly staff. A large selection of drinks and such.

Basically, it's a Starbucks copy with slightly better food and way better coffee.
The breakfast sandwich was nothing to brag about. The cinnamon croissant was good but oily. Locally, I'm sure it has its following, but as a visitor, I was underwhelmed.

The place is very cool. I wish they also had a good coffee. Their espresso gives a burnt taste.

I come for the cronuts. The service has been very much lacking in the past (cold and rude at times), but the cronuts are so fabulous that it’s worth it. This morning was a fabulous experience with service though! Anthony was very helpful and kind!

I work from home so I’m always needing places to go to get myself out of he house for work. I go to Coco and the Director probably once a week. It’s one of my favorite places! Great location, great atmosphere and great coffee! They have a sandwich of the day and I recently tried their Friday Chicken and it was soooo good and HUGE! I wish I had a better picture ??? I hope when I go back on another Friday it will be there again!

We were so excited to pass through this coffee shop on our way to the airport because they have the best coffee in town however, our excitement was quelled by the rude service we received from Taylor. Not only was she unfriendly, she also refused to warm up the packaged dark chocolate cookie we picked out since they didn’t have any fresh pastries ready. I’m disappointed. If you don’t like your job quit it!

I met at Coco coffee shop for a business meeting and had the Cappuccino very good . They have a conference table in the rear. I found cheap parking 2 blocks away using the parking app for $1.65 for 1 hour.
