Not sure I've ever had an $8 cold brew! $9 with a dollar tip. But this sure is a cool spot to visit. The seating was so unique and relaxing. My kiddo and I were able to get a little reprieve from all our Museum ventures of the day here at Coco and the Director. Would go back!

Heard a lot about this place so it was definitely a must try. The ambiance is really nice. It's cozy inside and they have all types of goodies. I initially was going just order a latte but after seeing all the bakery items I couldn't leave without trying one. I ordered the caramel muffin and the bunny latte w/ oatmilk. The latte was verrryyyy good. No adjustments or add ins needed. I believe it was a seasonal drink with combination or caramel and vanilla flavors. I would definitely order this again. Unfortunately they gave me the wrong muffin and I didn't realize until I got home (in another state) when I was ready to eat it. They gave me cranberry orange which is not my preference. I didn't like it at all. As far as the customer service it was just good. Not great or bad.

Fantastic, coffee shop. Espressos are fantastic. We liked the service in the coffee shop. They do a nice job and have some very interesting spaces to sit and relax. Definitely come check this one out when you’re in town, it’s worth a visit!!

The shop was very cute but the service was lackluster. Neither the manager was friendly nor the employees making the coffee and taking our order. My flat white was good, but my friends Rocky Road Latte didn't taste like it had much coffee in it even though she paid for an extra shot. Same with the peanut butter protein smoothie my other friend ordered. With the first ingredient being coffee you'd think you'd be able to taste it. I would only recommend it for a quick need for coffee but if you have time to go somewhere else you probably should.

I only got their latte but they offer food as well. The baristas are really nice and patient and when we went they had a dog adoption so we got to meet puppies!!!! Definitely

This is such a cute coffee shop.While home for a week I found myself patronizing the same coffee shop. As such, my sister suggested I try another one.We stopped in after having lunch downtown. I will say that this spot is more ideal for patrons that are already downtown. If you are not, you will have to find parking on the street( which will likely have a cost!).When we walked in there were ample staff at the counter. I ordered an unsweetened matcha latte with oat milk. I love the fact that they offer both a pre- sweetened and a non sweetened option! My drink was made quickly.We opted to dine in to enjoy the unique seating options. They have a sitting area that is directly on the stairs. They have pillows out for a little extra cushion. It’s such a vibe!In addition to the cute vibe, they have a small retail section. They had a number of flavored syrups for sale and popcorn.If you are in the area I would strongly suggest stopping on.

It is a really cool coffee shop with different styles of seating throughout. If the coffee shop is too full, there is also really nice seating in entrance attached. I was able to get some work done and enjoy their maple latte.

Such a cute coffee place! We went in to try the famous cronut and it did not disappoint! The muffin was also delicious. They have such unique seating options and great views of the hustle and bustle of uptown - awesome people watching :) The staff was warm and welcoming - great end to our staycation uptown!

Coco and the Director has wonderful ambiance! The seating is amazing- soooo much variety! It's a wonderful place to sit and have an intimate conversation with friends or even just a nice place to work from on your laptop. The service was great (they have a delicious iced chai latte!) and the food was super yummy. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of their chicken parm sandwich. I will definitely be going back again and again!

Not sure how their food or pastries are, but I loved the lemon and ginger tea, especially the fact it was brewed as loose tea. Perfect for my herbal taste buds. The aesthetic of the cafe was also really cute and I loved the concept of the stairs. There's a lot of room for people to sit and work or hang with friends and the staff was very friendly upon entry.
