My wife and I just left coffee bar and cone 20 minutes ago and I must say the service, food and frapp was amazing. We both had the chicken and waffles with eggs and it was delicious. Out of all the chicken and waffle sandwiches I've had, this is the best. I wanted to get two but didn't want to be greedy. We'll be back again!

Food, delicious. Atmosphere, relaxing. Customer service, highly impressed. While placing my order, the young lady informed me that someone just place an order before me for about 8 sandwiches and some other stuff. I explained to them that I'll wait. However, when the cook heard my order, she started on it right then and there, because it was simple and basic. That alone won me over. I'll be back.

This is one of the best coffee shops i’ve visited thus far in Charlotte. It made me feel right at home and the customer service was exceptional the lady at the front made sure my matcha iced coffee was perfect. I got a egg, cheese n chicken sausage on a bagel and it was the freshest breakfast sandwich i’ve had, made me feel like i was back in NY. Loved my experience

I saw this place listed as a spot to check out via an Instagram reel. My family and I decided to go check it out and I could see the potential, but it was apparent the owner needs additional staffing.
I got the notion, she had worked all day and she was giving us the best that she had left as it relates to energy and time. It wasn't very busy, but with one person taking orders and then having to fix them felt like an eternity.
She wasn't rude, just not welcoming and very short with her responses.
It has great potential, but she needs additional help to improve the overall quality of service.

The atmosphere is nice that is all I have to say. One of my favorite social media foodies recommended this place. As a fellow business owner I hate to do this but yes the other reviews are correct. Customer service does not exist here. I walked in this establishment and was not greeted at all. Yes she was fixing an order but besides that she had no other customers. After a few minutes she asked if I was ready to order I asked about a dessert and then owner told me she would be right back - disappeared. Yup just like houdini! After waiting a few minutes she never returned so I left. I love to support us but Customer Service is very important part for any business and I did not feel welcomed at all.

This is a really nice spot to get a great cup of coffee and enjoy the tasty treats for sale. The owner was so personable and made great recommendations. We had a great conversation over the kopi luwak coffee which I was surprised to see as an option on the menu. This is going to be added to our list of cool spots to go to when we want a special treat.

I love to support small businesses so I went in for a regular plain drip coffee a while back. The regular coffee tastes fine, but why does a REGULAR drip coffee cost me OVER $8?! I went back to give their lattes a try since I don’t mind pay $8 for a GOOD latte. This has to be the worst latte I’ve ever had! The coffee they use tastes so bitter, when I got home, I tried to add more sugar to mask the flavor but it was hopeless. I literally dumped the entire cup down the drain- I couldn’t even drink it. Also, it is way too overpriced, especially for what I was getting. The only plus side was that the barista was super kind and professional!!!

I've wanted to try this coffee shop because it's black-owned and I've heard the drinks are amazing. My friend and I decided to try it, and we felt we had struck gold because there were only two other people in front of us. Let me begin by stating that everyone has difficult days, but it does not give you the right to be disrespectful. The owner Tiffany received both my friend's and I's orders, and from the first welcoming and my asking her how she was doing, I knew someone had pissed in that lady's coffee this morning. I shrugged off her attitude because bad days happen to everyone, but she was getting worse by the minute. After I finished putting my order, my friend began placing his, and WHEW! You'd think he snatched her firstborn kid. My friend was asking her questions about her chicken waffle sandwich, which he did in a way that made us both blink lol, but he asked her what type of bread it was on, and as he was about to clarify whether it was a specialized type of waffle, she stated very aggressively, "What do you mean? "It's a Chicken Waffle, Waffle." As he is describing, he is wondering about a flavor. She rolls her eyes, breathes deeply, interrupts him again, and says, "Do you want it or not" At this moment, I am ready to go. My friend waved it off but gave me a look to calm down because I HATE poor customer service. We finish ordering and then take a seat.The woman in front of us proceeds to talk to the other cashier, a young woman, about how the prices she was charged did not match the pricing on the menu. The young woman apologizes and goes to the back to question the owner about it. You can hear her shouting at this girl that the menu prices are incorrect and need to be corrected, so what she charged her was accurate. I'm thinking to myself, "Oh, this isn't just us; she's rude." In my perspective, if the price is displayed, you should honor it. My friend and I sat next to the customer and her son, and he expressed his dissatisfaction with the shop owing to the owner's rudeness, high prices, and long wait periods.The only reason he was there was because his mother wanted to go. I'll say I enjoyed the meal and drink, but I'm not coming back. I love to support us, but I can't justify poor customer service, which was demonstrated not only to me but to others. SA special thanks to the young woman at the register who was nice, cordial, and humble; the owner could learn a thing or two from you. Tiffany, I hope you heed this feedback and make some changes in how you treat customers. I had heard that you could be nicer, but I wanted to see for myself, and unfortunately, you proved them correct.

Reading is extremely essential. In my response, I shared my personal experience with you, as well as that of the man and woman customer who were in front of us ( they ordered the 5 sandwiches). The man who was with the woman who ordered five sandwiches had expressed his dissatisfaction with us when he came to sit down. From your response you clearly lack accountability and have a horrible attitude. To answer your "racist" claims, it is still clear that you did not read or comprehend. I came to support your black business I intended to write a fantastic review, but you gave me a horrible experience from beginning to end. Again, I did not let any negative experiences that I heard deter me from visiting your establishment; rather, your attitude did. No worries on my end because me and mine will not be visiting your establishment. You would think with the lack of foot traffic you would do better but I see that mouth of yours will be your downfall. Do better!
