Came in to get some ice cream to-go. Employees seem aggravated and was speaking about frustration. They never said hi or welcome. Then I was giving my ice cream in a cup over flowing with lids. I tryed to clean it up in front of the Employee, but felt like they should have done it before giving it to me that way. She did say sorry about the mess before sliding it to me... By the time i got to the car it was starting to drip again and made a mess in my car. I just left the wash from having it detailed, Have a little common curiosity for your Customer or better Customer service.

They had no soap in the bathroom and while I was waiting for them to fill the soap, the male employee used the bathroom and then proceeded behind the counter and started scooping ice cream WITHOUT gloves on or washing his hands!!! The one female employee was trying to find soap and said they ran out of soap for their bathroom. I feel sick to my stomach and will not be back to this location.

Drove 20 minutes for a quick treat. The person behind the counter was extremely rude. I just turned and walked out. I refuse to spend my money at a place when the workers don’t greet you and then act as if you’re bothering them. This place is Tom expensive for bad customer service.

What a disappointment. We figured we'd try it out despite the poor reviews since we assumed you can't mess it up but I guess you can! Although there were three employees working including a manager, no one greeted us or even cracked a smile. My icecream was not mixed more than two folds which defeats the purpose of going to coldstone. My husband asked for a waffle cone but got a waffle cup? Weird. I then went to sit down and my clothes literally stuck to the chair. EW! We will definitely not be back ... ever.

The ice cream is great! The line is long most of the time and very slow all of the time. I wasn't too happy with the level bowl I got this time. I've been very happy to get an over-full bowl in the past.

Great Customer Service! Although there may be technical issues the franchise should fix, the employees are great. When I came Natalie and Samantha was upfront taking orders, she went upon and beyond to make sure mine and the other customers were well taken care of, which is really rare these days, all while Micheala the manager on duty was handling a rude customer, everyone kept it very professional I will definitely be back!

Great Customer Service! Although there may be technical issues the franchise should fix, the employees are great.
