Jay was in the window and she was great with the weather being bad NOTHING was open so glad she can in to work and she had help Casey was making them drinks and packing them orders. Idk who was cooking but he had the line moving best he could. Food was great as always. I appreciate that they came to work
The food is fresh, however out of the several times at this location I have gotten the wrong shake and something incorrect on my burger all except one time. The orders are not being checked thoroughly before going out.
Look I get it- it’s a fast food place but the quality of service I received tonight is unforgivable. My last 3 visits to cookout I’ve asked for a chicken sandwich only to get a burger so I wanted to make sure this order was correct- the order taker was very nasty, quick to cut me off, and still proceeded to mess up my order.
