Confusing layout at first (in the dark at least) but really worth it. Fast service, kind workers, and fresh food like hot. Good portion sizes at this location too Update 11/13/25 Really gone downhill. Service is slow now, they randomly send people out of lanes and randomly close/open the second lane with no warning. Out of 30% of the menu at least. They've apparently permanently run out of multiple menu items. Sad it used to be great quality but it's made I completely 180 in just a few weeks

I visit this location at least 2-3 times a week, and the food is usually good, but it just keeps going downhill... The sanitation score dropping to a 90 is off putting. Last night I got a meal from here and I finished my drink but when I went to dump out the melted ice/leftover drink this morning I see a decent sized piece of plastic in my cup... I wont be going back to this location anymore. Trash in my drink and who knows what else is going on in there to get a 90 for sanitation...

I paid for my order and was waiting when this guy yelled across the window that I could pull around but little did I know he was talking to the car beside me. No problem right? I’ll just go to the window and pick it up since I already paid for it. This guy purposely ignores my presence and after 5 mins of waiting this dude passive aggressively mumbles while handing other orders that came after me “man y’all gonna be wait for a while idk what y’all thinking” so I say yo I already placed my order then he responds with attitude saying “I wasn’t even in his line” as if it mattered my order was right beside him. He stared cussing me out as if he was coming out to prove how tough he was lol I wish he would have but the night manager closed the window probably to protect his job got me my order. Nice lady. But this was First time coming to this location and definitely my last time customer service is not his strong suit

I ordered a burger tray from here and the burger was pink on the inside. The customer service is good from my experience but the cooks definitely need to do a better job👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I kind of written off cookout years ago, but a family member said they had gotten better. So I thought I'd check it out. I visited this location because Milton Road ran out of hot dog buns. Yeah, I just said that. Unfortunately, I wasn't convinced it was time to return. The hot dogs I received from here had burnt old chilli and the buns seem to be past their point of freshness. I receive regular fries as opposed to the cajun fries I ordered. The drive-thru attendant was pleasant.

I always come to this cookout location, and I’ve been coming here since they opened but tonight they have a new employee I’ve never seen before and I received the best service ever. Tiran Was attentive and wasn’t rushing me to place my order. He even suggested I try something different. I was very pleased with the service.
