Santa Cruz Mexican Grill

I was the only person in the restaurant for the first 40 minutes. Asked 5 times to turn music down and staff refused. They are more interested in pleasing themselves than the client. Horrible experience would not recommend to anyone

Service was solid. ACP was decent, but all the prices are way higher than they were listed online… they took pen and scratched out previous prices.
The chips were absolutely disgusting, must have been made with bad oil or something. First and last time, there are better spots in the area that are more affordable

I tried this place because it’s new and I’ve never had it before. I walked in and immediately saw the health score was 90. I decided to just sit down and eat . I was with friends and it was too last minute to switch the restaurant now. That’s what I get!!! The food was wrong on top of cold. I ordered chicken fajitas..rice was hard. The margarita was weak. I sent it back. Will not eat here again the food is horrible. The waiter was very nice and so was the hostess. The inside the restaurant is very very nice as well but I’m not sure what’s happening back in the kitchen.

Very authentic. Veggie enchilada wasn't on menu, but they made it and it was delicious 😋! Customer service was phenomenal 👌.

Food was very tasty. Good quality and quantity. Friendly wait staff. Clean restaurant and clean restrooms. Vegetarian & kids options available. Ample parking on site. We would visit again.

Food was blah and the service was terrible. There must be a better place to find Mexican in this area of Charlotte. Don't even bother.

This is a hidden jewel! Food is great, margaritas are good and big, music was varied, great for every one. Service is outstanding! Overall a great experience for our money. Christian was our server, very attentive and helpful with menu. Manager was doing rounds making sure everyone was being taken care of. We definitely will be back!

Cristian was our server. Warm hearted friendly guy.. and easy to talk with.
The Margaritas are large, prices are right in the middle.
Lunch for 2 was
Arroz Con Pollo and
Arroz Texano Steak,
very very good, huge portions,
Chips and Corn Tortillas and 2 large Margaritas $56.
Going back!
