Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Went in tonight at 7:40. Sat there until 7:54 without being greeted. Then went to Host Stand mentioning this, and was completely ignored. Dining Hall was relatively empty. Only 12 tables filled. 3 waitresses walked past me as I sat at my table; even served the tables next to me, but never acknowledged me. This Cracker Barrel fails at every company standard. I would not recommend visiting this rip off of a good franchise name.

New food item was very good. But biscuits were cold. One of the best reasons to come to Cracker Barrel is the hot biscuits.

I tried a classic favorite the chicken fried chicken, with mash potatoes and macaroni and cheese. Mash potatoes were cold and tasted like it came from the box. No taste. The rest of the meal was ok. I wish they offered a variety of hot teas like lemon ginger or jasmine.

The biscuits were not fully baked-the grits were watery, lumpy, and not fully cooked, and the fried pickles were over-cooked! The waitress seemed bothered by me voicing my concerns, and then her attitude totally was unfriendly!

While overall I still like Cracker Barrel, I really feel like it's gone down hill. The flavor of the food is still good but half the time it's cold. Service isn't as good as it used to be. But, price and such is doable.

Loved the food, I always do, I always love coming , Everise is nice
But our visit this time, the waitress was inattentive, she was sweet but took long to come to table to acknowledge us, wasn’t busy she only had our table and one other one, no water drinks cornbread or muffin offer. She finally took our drink order but got it wrong.
It could’ve been her first day, something seem off, maybe waitress isn’t for her, so we still tipped her good.

Extremely disappointed in Cracker Barrel today. For the record, I hardly ever write reviews unless something is really excellent or really bad. Our breakfast today was just not good. My eggs and sausage were dry, the grits were cold and they forgot my hash browns which was probably the best part of my husband's meal. I asked for a side of toast which never came either. I never even saw the waiter again to tell him. At least the pancakes were good! Then to top it off our check was wrong. I did buy a nice jacket while I was there.

Ordered online.
Waited almost an hour for a tea and soup for my wife because she wasn’t feeling well, so o asked them is my order ready guy said no without even checking, 20 minutes later asked another employee and she said it’s not ready without checking either, so I asked again after five more minutes and the security went to the kitchen to check the order , came back and told me it’s being made now,sorry but they accidentally missed the order. So I went to tell my wife and wait in the car for a while, entered the store again and the security asked me if I still wanted the order, I said of course we paid for it, she went to the kitchen again came back and told me I’ll get a refund.

Ordered soup online, waited 15 min to go pick it up, I was not feeling well so some sounded great..Husband stood inside for 20 min only to be told they didn't see the order, so he came out to tell me and we waited 10 more minutes before going back in only to be told they canceled the order and we would be refunded....horrible service
