Standard hotel restaurant. Mediocre food and slow service. Gets the job done if you're staying there and need a bite, but there are so many awesome places to eat in uptown Charlotte so why do expensive hotel chain food.
Bartender and service was a much better experience than the rooftop upstairs. Customer service is everything, I’m very pleased . Moving forward I’d rather visit this bar instead.

I lost my phone in Charlotte and and Uber driver that didn’t speak English found it walking down the road. Since he only spoke Spanish I went to the bar and Nohemi not only talked to him she negotiated the return of my phone. NOT ONLY THAT. She came out side in the 22 degree weather to help me translate with the guy!
