By far some of the best cupcakes I've ever had. All of my sorority sisters agreed the cupcakes were too pretty to eat.. but we ate them. Worth every calorie, worth a day in the gym. Not to include the customer service was superb!

Based on previous reviews I expected something extraordinary or something that stands out amongst other bakery’s. Unfortunately our cake was very simple tasting and not moist. The flavor was VERY sweet when I specifically asked on the order form for it to be not too sweet. In that sense the order was not accurate… More than half the cake was thrown in the trash… We will probably not return.

I’d had a few of their gourmet cupcakes before so I knew the quality was amazing. When I placed my own order, I knew I’d come to the right place. I received a confirmation right away (outside of regular business hours) so I was impressed. I needed help placing my order because what I wanted didn’t fit any of the categories. On top of being quick to respond, the staff was so helpful! What I received was soooo far beyond my expectations that I wanted to cry! I sent a simple picture, not expecting much and received a beautiful piece of art! I’m so glad I asked if they could help me. The cake was definitely a head-turner! The level customer service alone was enough to warm my heart. She even texted me with traveling tips! My cake was as moist, beautiful and tasty as the cupcakes I’d had before. I will definitely have The Cupcakery Bakerie do more cakes and cupcakes in the future! We were very happy! Thank you!
Let me start by saying that I love young entrepreneurs. This young lady is very professional from her website, to her social media, to the in-person interaction. Big props for customer service in itself!!!As if that wasn’t enough, those Cheesecake tacos were amazing. I picked them up and went out to dinner with my friend for my birthday. As soon as we opened the box people wanted her info, including our servers. They were packaged perfectly. None tipped over. It’s the details for me!!!Then when we bit into one, we weren’t just pleasantly surprised; we were astonished! They taste even better than they look! I highly recommend this place!!!

The best desserts in Charlotte!!! They’re so good, I’ve ordered 3 times in the last month since I first found them on Instagram. For my birthday, I ordered the cheesecake taco assortment and they were INCREDIBLE. When my sister came into town a week later with her kids we just had to order more along with some cupcakes. And when I went to visit my parents a couple of weeks later, they insisted I bring down some cheesecake tacos because they looked so good. The owner went above and beyond to service us well. She knows how to treat people well and make incredible treats! Highly recommend!

I found them on Instagram and ordered a cupcake cake. No, literally a huge cupcake. It was not own beautiful but it tasted amazing. I also ordered their chocolate strawberries. Someone at my party said they were to pretty to eat. They have definitely gained a returning customer!

I don’t even know where to begin!!!! From the moment I saw her IG post come across my page, I just knew I had to have one of her new cheesecakes tacos and man was I right. The first bite was literally like Biting into the best dessert I’ve ever had. Now normally I’m a chocolate fan, but these cheesecake tacos are to die for!!! Not only could were the strawberries so sweet , but the crunchiness of the taco just added to the deliciousness!!!I drove from the southeast side of Charlotte to Ballantyne and it was absolutely worth it!!!I plan to use her for my bridal shower and 30th birthday coming up!!!Ooh and did I mention she was professional, on time, and brought them out to my car in the cutest box, and to put the icing on the cake, their were 2 chocolate candies inside the box !This was definitely the perfect gift for my fiancé and I to celebrate anniversary!!Charlotte better watch out , this girl is talented !!!!
