Highly recommend this place! The food was so delicious and it's presentation was beautiful! Awesome atmosphere and music, perfect for an intimate dinner or chilling with friends. Bathrooms are very clean, roomy, and loved the scented candle! Easy to find parking too! Our server Greg was exceptional, very attentive!

1st time trying Customshop and it definitely lived up to the hype! The ambiance is very cozy. Service was incredible- super helpful in explaining dishes and giving recommendations. Finally the food was off the charts. Cocktails are excellent as well. For food, they give you complimentary focaccia in olive oil. We the burrata as an appetizer and the guava jam pairs very well with the other flavors. For entrees we shared the scallops and agnolotti pasta. All the food had incredible flavors. The scallops were cooked perfectly. For the pasta, I was expecting more of a soft ravioli and the outside was a bit harder but still tastes good, sweet and creamy. Excited to come back!

Best food I've had in Charlotte. They have a smaller menu, but make every dish absolutely amazing. If you're visiting Charlotte and looking for somewhere to dine that's guaranteed to be great--dine at Customshop. Scallops, empanadas, deserts, drinks...all were incredible.

Can I just say that the food here should win awards..... especially their appetizers! My family ordered the burrata, beets, and calamari, which were all divine!! All of our main dishes were very good. The chocolate cake was dry, but the flan was the best thing I put in my mouth all week! It is a loud atmosphere so don't take someone you are planning to have a deep conversation with. Service was excellent and the waiter knew his stuff! Would make this my go-to special occasion destination.

Cute restaurant in the heart of Elizabeth, great for date night or a night out. Definitely make a reservation as it's on the smaller side. Food: recommend the ricotta cavatelli for pasta, burrata for appetizer (so fresh), and flan for dessert. The flan was amazing - my favorite part. Service was amazing and we had a great time!

We had a reservation for 4 at the bar. I was worried about the bar seating but it was great and our bartender was amazing. The duck empanadas weren’t a hit for us and one of the pasta wasn’t that great. The rib eye with the chimichurri and the duck breast was so good. The burrata appetizer was my favorite. The flan was a hit as well. The menu options were limited. Overall it was a great experience.

Always a pleasure to return to Customshop. We had the wagyu beef tartare for the first time, and it was wonderful. My wife loves beets, and she loved the small plate offering with whipped Calvander and marcona crumble. I had the duck empanadas, which were great. We shared the mahi main course which was cooked perfectly. We lucked out, also, because we got Zoe as our server, and she was excellent, as usual. We have been visiting this restaurant for over 15 years, and it always stays fresh!

I took my girlfriend for a belated Valentine's dinner at Customshop. This was our first time eating here, and we were very impressed. They have some unique cocktails, and I started with the Security & Bond. It is an old fashion that was so good. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu, and he recommended sharing several dishes. We started with the Ensaladilla Rusa and Empanadas, with braised duck. They were both very tasty. We split the NC Sea Scallops, Ricotta Cavatelli, Rigatoni, and a side of Fingerlings. Everything was so delicious. For dessert, we shared the Pot de Creme. This was one of the best desserts that I ever had. What I love about Customshop is that it is an exceptional dining experience. The food, cocktails, wine, and service are fabulous. This is one of my top dining experiences in Charlotte.

First of all my respects for Kyle, the bartender, he is gentle, kind and prepares one of the best Moscow Mule in town. Also my respects for the kitchen, the Saffron Canestri was marvelous! We will definitely be back!
