The hotel was beautiful. The staff is super helpful. The only con is the beds were ROCK HARD no softness whatsoever!! But the view from our 5th-floor room was spectacular!! The sunsets and the sunrises took my breath awayRooms: For me even though the room and view were beautiful, the beds are uncomfortably hard.Safety: I felt safe walking out to smoke a cigarette and take a few hits off my bowl. I see the negative reviews others have posted. I haven’t dealt with any of the issues mentioned. The only complaints I have are that the walls are very thin. I haven’t had issues with pests, drama/crime, elevators or wifi. Maybe there is a difference between the weekly and nightly rooms

Perfect experience and coldest air conditioner in the city of Charlotte. Room service was exemplary of such a grand hotel. Desk clerks were there to serve with politeness to the guest.
