Golden Green Hotel

I was there one night to see Daniel tosh perform at the place next door. This is one the worst places i have ever stayed in. No amount of cleaning can fix this place... at this point it needs a complete remodel. We're talking millions of dollars in construction work needs to be done to get this place up to standard. The parking garage is falling apart, ac was making this comically loud knocking noise and the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking water. Honestly, I'm not sure how they're legally able to stay open. They also charged me 96 bucks to stay here. Tosh was great though.

As someone who used to work here, don't do it. Stay elsewhere. This place is great if you want to bring cockroaches and bedbugs home with you. You'll also probably leave with a breathing problem because of the mold in the walls. Also this is very much a drug hotel. Most of the guests are drug dealers and users.

It was awful. The photos were totally different than the reality. Entire building smelled like cigarettes. Our room's door had obviously been busted into in the past. Everything was broken and busted. We ended up not staying.

The rooms are nice and clean it just takes a while for it to cool down due to the air conditioning units are not up to

So I took a friend here because she was in need of a place to stay for the night when entering she was told it was 85 for a room..... When on the hotel app it's listed for 51 Dollars..... To me this makes this place a slumb lord type of hotel

Checked in for the weekend after dealing with an issue on Greyhound they accommodated me and my service dog but when I went to go pay their weekly rate since my job rather me in the area they refused to allow me to book weekly on the basis of my service dog. On top of that the AC and my room was not working and one night there was no power due to a car hitting a power line and they did nothing to make up for that or the AC. There was water leaking out of a pipe right when you walk in the front door staff was overall pretty well except for the owner who is refusing to accommodate me and is discriminatingNoteworthy details: Bojangles arena is right next door but still a ganky place

Perfect experience and coldest air conditioner in the city of Charlotte. Room service was exemplary of such a grand hotel. Desk clerks were there to serve with politeness to the guest.

Didn't know about the 3 month policy but housekeeping was great, nice rooms. I don't know if those who stay there and work there help those who work and trying to get a permanent place in Charlotte.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff is super helpful. The only con is the beds were ROCK HARD no softness whatsoever!! But the view from our 5th-floor room was spectacular!! The sunsets and the sunrises took my breath awayRooms: For me even though the room and view were beautiful, the beds are uncomfortably hard.Safety: I felt safe walking out to smoke a cigarette and take a few hits off my bowl. The hotel is vegan ? no animals except service and emotional support. Charlotte NC is such a beautiful city!! And the people were so nice..

I see the negative reviews others have posted. I haven’t dealt with any of the issues mentioned. The only complaints I have are that the walls are very thin. I haven’t had issues with pests, drama/crime, elevators or wifi. Maybe there is a difference between the weekly and nightly rooms

Without doubt, this is one of favorite restaurants in Charlotte. The Vegan food is absolutely delicious, I would eat here daily if I could!

I've never had anything from here that I didn't like! Some of the best vegan food, if not the best I've ever experienced...underrated!..but not for long!

Get the Tiki Tiki Dog. And the Mac & cheese. OMG. It’s so damn good. ♥️?
