We experienced Dean’s Italian Steakhouse in Charlotte in 2023. I was with my parents on a work trip of my dad’s. We were worried as we didn’t have fancy clothes with us but they made no issue of it and treated us like anyone else. Exceptional service and food. I’m writing a review today as one, I sadly had forgotten the name of this restaurant but just did a reverse image search of the dinner rolls and found it. Two, my fiancé had just taken me to a Gordon Ramsey restaurant...

Cassidy, our server, was excellent.
There was a table of very loud men talking about politics next to us, which was disruptive to a nice evening. It gets quite loud in the dining room.
