This was the second time we used Delectables by Holly. I gave it four stars instead of five because I found the catering rep I used to be slow to responding. Which when you have a small window of planning time it was unnerving to me.
The party went off beautifully. I rate the success of my event on the kitchen team (I’m gluten and dairy free and they created amazing food based on my restrictions), the operations team and the on-site team.
The on- site team led by Ali were so professional and easy to work with.
I would work with them again in a heartbeat.
My only reluctance would be if I had to work with the catering manager that I worked with again.

I had the pleasure to work with Joy. She was very helpful and nice, even though I changed our quote maybe 2 times, and she helped me make good decisions for the catering for my event! The food was great and just exactly what we needed for our corporate event. Everyone in the company was very accommodating, from Holly to Joy to the lovely gentleman who delivered our food. Thanks for the hard work and for helping us make our event a success!

When you pull up to place a catering order and see the workers outside smoking cigarettes and sitting on the ground with their aprons on. I just left disappointed 😞.

We had a gathering at our house last Friday that was catered by Delectables by Holly Catering. They were great! Arrived on time, set-up without needing any assistance, served the guests, and cleaned up so well I did not have to do anything. Friendly staff, easy to work with, and they really put a lot of care into the event.
The food was fantastic! I will definitely call on them again for our next catered event.

My step daughter got married on June 2, 2024 and we hired Holly and her team to cater and bartend the event at an historic venue in Rockhill, SC called the Historic Robertson Homestead. An incredibly beautiful venue with a setting that is magical. The reception took place in the most beautiful barn you ever saw. Holly and her team were responsible for providing all the food and bartending for a crowd of about 150 people. Not only was the food incredible but the service and staff were exceptional. From the moment they arrived until the time they left (which happened to be in the pouring rain by nights end) it was an utterly perfect melody of teamwork and professionalism that words alone can't describe. The first thing I did was call Holly and thank her. In a world where no one seems to care anymore or service is just average, Holly and her team set the standards above and beyond. We area forever grateful for all they did to make this such a memorable and heartfelt event. One we will never forget. Did I say the food was delicious? It was DIVINE!!!! So from the bottom of our hearts, to everyone at Delectables By Holly, THANK YOU for being so incredibly amazing!!!!!!!

Incredible experience. White glove service from beginning to end. Holly was responsive and talked me through the menu to ensure we had the right food for the event. The food and presentation was exquisite- it was truly an art form.The service staff were amazing, the moment they arrived they graciously took over- the entire setup was eloquent and gorgeous. The three servers seamlessly handled the night, making sure we had everything without even having to ask.Excellent experience and I will be using Delectables by Holly for future events!

I hired Delectables by Holly to cater my son’s engagement party in my home this past weekend. They did the most phenomenal job I have ever seen. The food was to die for. All my guests commented on how delicious everything was. The presentation was lovely. The charcuterie board looked like it was from a magazine cover. The desserts were outstanding. The service was beyond belief. Trent was our captain and he made us feel as though this was his own family event. Michelle was the bartender and actually remembered what everyone was drinking. The whole staff went out of their way to make everyone comfortable and yet were unobtrusive at the same time. They cleaned up so well, wiped down all the granite in my kitchen, and even took away all the garbage! The house looked cleaner than before they came! The value you get with this company is superb. I would not hesitate to use Holly again and will make sure to recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you for making my son the best party we could have imagined!
