I’m a frequent customer here both in person and on door dash. While I absolutely LOVE the boba tea here, I’m giving three stars because of the service. These are some of the most unfriendly servers here. It’s almost like they are annoyed you’re in there ordering. Other than the service, the teas are great.

Their boba teas are simply the best!! Weather they’re in the west coast or east coast, their tastes does not change! I had some on the East coast and really loved it, so when I saw a location I. Charlotte I decided to try it. I was amazed that the flavor is exactly the same! Sometimes you have variations of tastes depending on the location, but with Ding tea, the drink I got tasted exactly the same as the one on the west coast! I love that! They’re bobas are fresh and taste...

Roomy, and comfortable setting. The cashier had mistaken my order for jasmine green tea for milk tea. He quickly made up for it and even gave me the milk tea on the house! Truly great customer service! Definitely will be back for more!
