I normally don’t post reviews but today I thought I would take the time to make one since the girl that was ringing me up was so incredibly rude. Ordered to carry out pizza it was made completely wrong called to have another one made and they made me pay for it. I asked could I not get a discount and the girl told me they didn’t do those things I got what I asked for.. As a manager myself, I have to look at this situation and wonder who trained her and why wasn’t she taught better manners as a child as to not have such an attitude with her responses. Now I’ve had to drive up here twice and spend twice as much money and quite honestly even the second pizza wasn’t worth the trouble would definitely recommend that others find another pizza spot unless they won’t problems and to eat things that they have not ordered. Completely disappointed in the whole experience, not to mention the additional money I had to spend!!!!

Space is very clean. Staff understanding and pleasant, you can tell.tjeu work good as a team and the food be on point.
Do not order from here. I ordered and my pizza was stuck on prep for hoursss! Delivery time said 30-40 minutes but hours went by. Called the store and was never able to reach an agent, was put on hold for 30 minutes before giving up. Plan on getting a refund tomorrow because I never got my pizza

Placed an order and it took two hours to arrive after the tracker quoted an estimated delivery time of 29-47 minutes. When it did arrived it was cold and burnt beyond being edible. Tried to contact the store to talk with the manager but was kept on hold for over 30 minutes and still didn't speak to anyone. The location was 36th street and The Plaza in Charlotte NC.

Ordered carry out online and went to pick it up but I had forgotten my card to pay at home Ona sofa ….. I was so embarrassed and my child was whining because she was ready for her food. I canceled the order so I could go get my card. Got my card and arrived back to the store and their system was down so they could t take or cash out any orders unfortunately….. but the cashier was like are u willing to wait for the system to come back up. Of course I was my child really wanted the pizza ….. so I’m sitting there with my baby waiting patiently to order and the cashier come back up to me and offers me to make my pizza and give it to me for free since the systems were still down almost 30 mins later , everyone else was upset and didn’t wanna wait but me waiting got me a free dinner for my baby girl and I’m thankful for the genuine jester!! I certainly had it in my mind to just wait and order and pay like normal once their system came back up but left with my money and dinner. Glory to god ??The workers in there were working hard non stop even through the systems were down the were doing the boh duty’s , ensuring everything was clean and ready to go! Overall my fav domino’s in Charlotte N.C they always on it and keep it clean thanks again

Don’t order from this dominoes. I have never ever had anything against dominoes and always loved it. But this dominoes is ridiculous. For the second time in a row now my pizza is expected to be delivered 4 HOURS after it being ordered. 4 HOURS. I work in food service and never in my life would a customer be waiting for 4 hours for their food. I’d be fired. And we didn’t even get a refund the first time and probably won’t this time either. I understand it getting busy. But at least answer the phone and keep the customer updated when it’s been this long. We’ve tried to call 4 times.
