Do not order from here. I ordered and my pizza was stuck on prep for hoursss! Delivery time said 30-40 minutes but hours went by. Called the store and was never able to reach an agent, was put on hold for 30 minutes before giving up. Plan on getting a refund tomorrow because I never got my pizza
Placed an order and it took two hours to arrive after the tracker quoted an estimated delivery time of 29-47 minutes. When it did arrived it was cold and burnt beyond being edible. Tried to contact the store to talk with the manager but was kept on hold for over 30 minutes and still didn't speak to anyone. The location was 36th street and The Plaza in Charlotte NC.

I normally don’t post reviews but today I thought I would take the time to make one since the girl that was ringing me up was so incredibly rude. Ordered to carry out pizza it was made completely wrong called to have another one made and they made me pay for it. I asked could I not get a discount and the girl told me they didn’t do those things I got what I asked for..
