Worst Dominos ever . Service is very crappy but that explains why they currently have a 2.5. They are horrible ! My advice go to another one !

Order from this dominos frequently but tonight unfortunately came home only to realize my hand tossed was made as a thin crust - in the app there was no option provided for direct feedback to the store, very disappointed.

Got delivery...Chicken wings taste awful- had to brush my teeth right after and rinse twice to get the after taste out..plus they didn't left off the blue cheese w/out my Crispy wings so I had to wait another 30 minutes on delivery...The 5 cheese Mac n cheese is

Even when you pay for double toppings, it never covers the entire pizza. I paid for double chicken but only got 10 pieces of chicken on the whole pizza. Never again. Wasted almost $20 on a medium pan that was straight crap. I’ll stick to Tony’s pizza. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves.

I placed an order online and the app said delivered and it was not at my door. I contacted the number of the store where I placed my order and on the 3 occasions they answered they told me that they could not help me there as it was the wrong number. They left me on hold for more than an hour and no one responded. I didn't get my pizza or my money.

Hey, I just tried to place an order with the Domino’s location on Park Road in Charlotte North Carolina I pressed 3, because I wanted to ask if they delivered at a certain location The lady that answered the phone attitude was so shitty I was well respectful, but she isn’t gonna try to handle me any kind of way. Just wanted to let it be known Make sure the employees y’all hire is representing y’all to the fullest
Update: We've had management reach out and work to make our experience better. They've improved!
I may literally stop ordering from this location. Each time there's something missing and if things aren't correct- the most you get is "I'm sorry". This doesn't consider the money nor time we put into driving to the location or will create repeat customers.
