Pizza was as expected, it was ready in less than 10 mins,, pretty fast service.. really impressed.. i will update it over time for its service and quickness, also the quality of pizza.. this one serves the university students more..

I ordered pizza , but it delivered on wrong address, worst customer service

Save yourself the trouble and order Pizza Hut or place a pick up order from the Dominos in Harrisburg 5 mins down the road. Takes over an hour and a half to get a pizza on a random week night and staff will do nothing to make it right.

Takes forever to get delivered. They will estimate 30-40 minutes but in actuality you won’t receive it for 2 hours. Tracker does not work. Gave a good tip too for absolutely nothing!! Don’t waste your money! Even when you try calling, you can’t get through to anyone!

DO NOT order from this location when you’re looking for something to eat unless you want to wait more than an hr. the eta for delivery time is NEVER correct. every single time i’ve ordered food from this dominoes, my food has taken over an hr to even enter the over as according to the tracker. always disappointed when i order from this location.

Dear Domino’s Customer Service,
I’m writing to share my recent and very disappointing experience with one of your store locations.

I placed an online order for my kids and drove 25 minutes to the store to pick it up, as I often do. This location has been our go-to because they usually prepare the pizza well, and my family enjoys it. I received a notification that my pizza was ready, but when I arrived, I had to wait nearly an hour in total.

Eventually, I was told the pizza had been given to someone else by mistake. I was then asked to wait another 10 minutes for a remake—without so much as an apology. I explained that I couldn’t wait any longer, as my kids had to eat and get ready for school the next day.

I asked for a refund and a receipt, but the staff told me they had already cancelled the order in their system and couldn’t provide a receipt. I found this very confusing because I had already been charged. When I questioned them, one of the employees became disrespectful and even called me “crazy” during our conversation. Shockingly, they called the police on me instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally.

This experience was extremely upsetting and unacceptable. I was simply trying to get a meal for my children, and I expected to be treated with respect. I am requesting:
1. A full refund for my order.
2. A receipt or confirmation of the refund.
3. An apology for the poor treatment I received.

I hope Domino’s takes this matter seriously and ensures that no other customer has to go through something like this.

I placed my order a HOURS AGO AND HAD YET TO RECEIVE IT and they don’t answer the damn phone

Dry and needs replacing so I'll be in touch today to follow-up but it really turned me off. Kinda expected more from a campus location with a 55minute wait.

I have ordered pan pizza and parmesan stuffed crust pizza with extra cheese and veg toppings, and both were absolutely fantastic. The crust was crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. The cheese was gooey in the middle and enhanced the flavor. Highly recommended!!!!

A bunch of kids rubbing this location. I ordered at 7:20 and it’s 9pm and they say my order is not even in the oven, and that the tracker and the online app is wrong. You’re better off going to papa John’s or Pizza Hut. Until they can figure out their system, it’s not worth it.

Place and online order around 715 tonight I didn't receive my order till 910. The entire time Domino's tracker stated Max 45 minutes. Then on top of it the pizza wasn't even cut like what the heck. This is my second time ordering here won't ever order from this location again.
