This is worst place I have ever seen. The Customer Service is the worst I have Ordered through the app the driver is not here and The store is not picking up my calls and I am never gonna order from here.

This store has been very consistent lately , and pizza has been great.

I placed an order online around 12:20. The tracker said my order was being prepared at 12:25 and never updated again. I called after waiting for well over the estimated time. No one ever answered. I called several times. They called back after they closed around 2:05 saying they aren’t doing anymore deliveries and I could cancel or come get my order…..

Had they answered the phone or reached out sooner it would be different. I’m not even convinced my order was ever actually made at all.

Pissed is an understatement.

We were extremely disappointed with our experience at this Domino’s. From the moment we ordered, things went wrong. Our pizza was delayed by 10 minutes, which isn’t a huge issue but already started things off on the wrong foot.

To make matters worse, we specifically ordered garlic bread, but instead, we received cinnamon bread. It was a frustrating mistake, especially since we were expecting what we ordered.

When I checked with the store manager, they said the only thing they could do was offer a replacement, but that would take another 10 minutes. By then, I had already waited long enough. There was no apology or effort to fix the situation. We won’t be coming back. You’re better off heading to the WT Harris location for better service.

We ordered two pizzas and one pasta yesterday via DoorDash.

The pasta was not even half full in the container when we try to approach Domino’s through DoorDash about it with the picture proof, they denied resolving it.

This place is crazy I came in for cinnamon knot was told 15 mins they would be ready waited 15 minutes nothing came back in 10mins nothing I told the after all the waiting my knots should be free and I should get a full refund he immediately went to get the manager Josiah I explained the issue the manger immediately said no I told him to refund my money and give me my receipt as the 1st scammer did not give me one I placed my order at 7:10 when I was finally done waiting it was 7:40 I got my receipt and the cashier brown with glasses did not ring my stuff in until 7:29pm I tried to explain this to Josiah he said he did not want to hear it he is the manger and gave me my money I have never seen anything like this Josiah just because you are a manger you should not treat your customers like that and you need to train your employees better 30 mins for cinnamon knots is crazy and then your employees being the reason it took so long is insane!!!!! Worst customer service ever
