Amazing experience Ian did great delivering all of my pizzas to my car safely and they were nice enough to call me and let me know that they didn’t have what I wanted and to give me an a second option
Literally took our food to the wrong house and when I asked if they could remake it they said “no, but you can walk over to the house we delivered it to and ask for it”. When I said “no shot, can I just get a refund?” They refused….. so I guess that’s a disputed charge and a hungry Saturday night at our house. Never ordering from here again. In case anyone is looking for pizza that you will actually get, Luigi’s happily took our order and helped us out.
Very poor delivery experience, driver went to wrong location and hit delivered as he passed by me, called the store they said he was on his way back, 15 minutes later called again due to driver not arriving, they had a very nonchalant attitude saying he’s on his way, so do I want the order or not, I said yeah I ordered it I want it, I asked how long he will be they said they don’t know they don’t have a GPS on him with a laugh, I said he’s your driver you should.
