After calling Customer Service three times to get a refund on groceries where the bananas were rotten. Food was incorrect incorrect items misplaced items I had ordered. I needed a refund for $111 got to Customer Service hung up on three times. I have ordered DoorDash over 50 times within the past three months warning to All. If you have any problems with DoorDash don’t expect any support from customer service whatsoever with your refund. Be sure and take a lot of picturesof the issue you are having a good luck

On 3/21/23. I ordered delivery for my 92 year old mother who like KFC! I asked delivery person to knock on my mother’s door and hand her the box of KFC chicken. Instead he left it on the floor at her door and didn’t knock but walked away ( I had given a generous tip anticipating good service ). I called that day and couldn’t get through. I called back today as I was out of town for weekend 3/26. And was told by DOOR DASH CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON “Heart” and SUPERVISOR person “ BARBARA”, that I called to late and nothing could be done and I should have called the same day. They would not consider a refund, gift card or even a discount on next delivery but basically told me “ tough titty” Doc!!! Horrible service and horrible customer service. It’s obvious they do NOT WANT anymore of my business and I plan to accommodate them ! I would advise anyone not to use DOOR DASH!

I have better outcomes with Grubhub. Ive had to get over 5 refunds with Door Dash. Never with Grubhub.

Doordarsh drive said he delivered food never did. He sent a picture of an apartment that wasn't mine. I contacted driver and he lied and said he was 15 minutes away when supposedly just dropped of the food. Long story short I'm out of a meal and money. Doordarsh willnot issue a refund. That is stealing and scamming

Driver named Chris took a photo to prove he delivered my food then stole my delivery and walked away with it. I have it on camera and door dash still won’t refund me. Never using their app again. Uber eats from now

Piss poor dasher support and service. Deducted 50% pay because ya'lls associates screw up, cancel orders etc. Absolutely unacceptable! We need better associates with an assertiveness and responsibility to help its Dashers! Ya'll need to do better. We do our freakin jobs, do yours!

I signed up to be a Dasher driver. I went to do my very first delivery. I find out that there is some red card that I'm supposed to have to pay for the orders. NOTHING in the process of signing up does it mention the red card. NOTHING in the presentation say anything about a red card. NOTHING in the demo dash does it say anything about a red card. So I get in touch with customers service and all she did was ask if I went to the support section and sent me an email about how to order a lost red card in a very condescending way. So again I ask for help and I find out about a welcome kit that is supposed to be mailed to me. Once again NOTHING is mentioned in the signing up process about a welcome kit. How can anyone do business in such a disgusting way? I'm gonna have to do a YouTube video about it cause this has to be someone playing a prank!!! For anyone thinking about doing dash as a source of income, BE VERY CAUTIOUS!!!

Doordash is by the far the worst food service app ever. Their customer service representatives are very rude and don’t help solve the after explaining how I was allergic to an item and that if I could not switch the item I would like a refund or credit on my account and they told me I couldn’t.
