After calling Customer Service three times to get a refund on groceries where the bananas were rotten. Food was incorrect incorrect items misplaced items I had ordered. I needed a refund for $111 got to Customer Service hung up on three times. I have ordered DoorDash over 50 times within the past three months warning to All. On 3/21/23. I ordered delivery for my 92 year old mother who like KFC! I asked delivery person to knock on my mother’s door and hand her the box of KFC chicken. Instead he left it on the floor at her door and didn’t knock but walked away ( I had given a generous tip anticipating good service ). I called that day and couldn’t get through. Doordarsh drive said he delivered food never did. He sent a picture of an apartment that wasn't mine. I contacted driver and he lied and said he was 15 minutes away when supposedly just dropped of the food. Long story short I'm out of a meal and money. Doordarsh willnot issue a refund. That is stealing and scamming
