Service was great, but food was more than disappointing. Crab-cake appetizer was the only food worth eating there. Everything else lacked seasoning and overall flavor. Lamb was chewy and char over flavored entire piece. Unfortunately, would not recommend.

We went during the Savor Charlotte festival and got to try small versions of a lot of menu favorites plus some special items. The food was absolutely delicious. The calamari, lamb, and short rib were perfect.We were tucked in what felt like a back corner, which I think affected how attentive our server was, but it gave us a nice view of the Charlotte skyline.Parking: Free parking in the garage across the street, can get busy but there are always spaces available.

I went there for a friend’s birthday & we enjoyed our time there! The atmosphere is gorgeous & spacious. Our waitress was amazing & so attentive! She goes by the name of Jules or jewels I believe.Since I am vegan I didn’t eat much there so nothing worth taking a photo of. I wish they had more options for vegans. However, my friends definitely enjoyed their meals. They recommend the NC Shrimp & Clam Linguini and Braised Boneless beef short rib.I definitely recommend this wine that I posted a picture of! It was really good.Dietary restrictions: Vegan

Came here for a friends bday and got the espresso martini, braised beef short rib with mushroom risotto and veggies, split a side of brussel sprouts with a friend, and ordered an apple crumble for dessert. 10/10 across the board. The espresso martini had a perfectly balanced flavor, the risotto was divine, the beef literally fell apart like butter with my fork and was juicy and so flavorful, the brussels I’m now obsessed with, and the apple crumble was literally my fave way with that being piping hot in contrast with the cold vanilla ice cream. The shareable sides are a great portion size as well! I was genuinely shocked (in the bowl in the back of the second photo is the brussels). I wish I had more stomach room to not have to take it to go, but also I’m glad so I can get to taste it all again. This was worth every penny and I can’t wait to come back.Parking: I believe the valet parking is complimentary if you dine in there, but double check and ask beforehand if that’s something important to you.

We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary. From the beginning, it was such a wonderful experience , from the staff to the free champagne and cheesecake desert. Our server Julia was exceptional. She gave us her personal favorite dishes, and they didn't disappoint. We highly recommend you get the cheesecake. It's out of this world. We have dined at some of the best restaurants in Charlotte, and Dressler's by far is the best. They really make you feel like family.

Julia was a great server! She was very attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly! We were the last reservation (thank you!) and were in & out in an hour. The food & drinks were still served to perfection! This is my 2nd Dresslers location and I must say I'm very impressed! Will recommend and return.

Came here with a group and we were in one of the back rooms with a pre-fixed menu. All of the food was phenomenal. Our group leader picked this place because it was the only one with availability. I'm so shocked as to why!! I got a filet mignon steak that was cooked PERFECTLY. granted, there was some inconsistently with how the other steaks were cut. Some people got biggo ones. Some small. But they all tasted great and having family style for the sides was awesome so we all got plenty to eat. Servers were all attentive and got us in and out without making us feel rushed. Would highly recommend for people with groups!
Ate here for my birthday & I had a great experience. Jewls was an amazing server. The food was hot, the steak was cooked so perfectly, and the sides were large enough for the whole table to share. AMAZING food! They even gave me a dessert on the house for my birthday which is super sweet.

Dressler's truly never misses. The service is second to none. From the very first encounter at the host stand, to the servers, and managers stopping by to check on us, we felt like we were the only guests there. The french onion soup is a must have, and we loved the delmonico ribeye! This is such a special place to us - our 2 year anniversary spot, and the place we went to after getting engaged. We so appreciate the staff for always celebrating with us and making us feel special!
