Only reason why this place is 4 stars is because the fresh donuts are amazing! 2 complaints I visited here with my son and while wating on donuts, I heard rap music playing and definitely heard multiple cuss words so that was not a good start. And as the lady with braids I don't know her name because no name tags... she sat my donuts on the counter, not a word or acknowledgment from her. Not a here's your order, or thank you... nothing. Only reason I'm not giving 1 star is because the other lady that helped me was very sweet and nice.

Delightful experience with Duck donuts. The warm, fluffy texture and delicious flavored donuts are simply irresistible. Glazing and drizzles over the donuts were done perfectly without overpowering the flavor.

I came in to pick up a preordered half dozen donuts. I decided to order another half dozen while I was there. I asked the employee working if I could consolidate the donuts into one singular dozen box. She began to make it a huge ordeal as to why I couldn’t get a box. Extremely rude and combative given these donuts aren’t cheap.

Can I rate a 0?? I placed an online order to be delivered as a gift. Shortly after the delivery time was scheduled, I received an email from Duck donuts stating that my delivery had been canceled. My credit card was charged and no delivery was made. So the order was not completed. I spoke with the store manager on two occasions and they always referred me to either the Uber driver or stating that I needed to do everything online in order to get a refund. I cannot get anyone in corporate on the phone. I will never order from this business again! Learn from my mistake, no one here really cares about their customer service. Update: after 3 phone calls I was able to get a refund the next day. Due to lack of customer service, I still decided to complete my order elsewhere.

Oh. My. Gawd. To die for! The plain glazed was served to me piping hot and melty in its own tiny box, I ate it with a fork and lots of napkins. It was an experience! Wow. Delish. The people working there are nice. It wasn't busy at all I went on a weekday before noon.

Best donuts in Charlotte!! The donuts are fresh compared to Krispy or Dunkin. The dozen is also not that much more expensive than these places.
