Really great dumplings and the two ladies that work there are so nice and sweet. The only complaints I have are the wait time and the serving sizes. It can be anywhere between 5-20 minutes to get your food, you never know. Second, I always order the 10piece order of Spicy Chicken Wontons. The last 2 times that I have been here they only gave me 8. I think $10 for 8 dumplings is a little ridiculous. Next time I visit I will make sure to count them before I leave the food truck.

These women who work the food truck are so so sweet. The dumplings are so delicious! We always order the spicy chicken and spicy pork and they never disappoint! They use buzzers when your order is ready which is great so there’s no confusion because they do get very busy! I’ve had them twice and my wait time was never more than 5-7 minutes. Will definitely get them again!

This was my first experience with Dumpling Girls- AWESOME!!!I have to say these were the best dumplings I've ever had. Hand crafted. With amazing flavor and sauce.The price was reasonable and fair. The portions were also fair. Im a big guy so I could have gone back for seconds because they were so good.Don't pass up a chance to try them. Friendly, helpful staff on the truck too. Great experience!

Ran into this amazing Food Truck experience while enjoying a beer at Primal Brewery. I got the fried pork and shrimp dumpling combo with cucumber and eggroll. Extremely delicious! Dumplings were piping hot and so tasty no need for sauce!

There's nothing quite like the feeling of elation when you're hungry and in a beer garden and you notice a brand new dumpling truck parked there. Am I right?! Well this happened to me on a recent sunny afternoon, when I meandered over to Goods Produce & Beer Garden for a happy hour pint and wasn't sure what I was going go eat since the other food truck on premises only takes cash. I saw Dumpling Girls and was like - what?!?!? I mean, hey, it's pretty much my job as a professional foodie to know when a new establishment-on-wheels has opened around here!Turns out, Dumpling Girls has been open for 3 months. Hello long, cold winter. I'm glad you're over so I can find these new hidden gems. I sauntered up to the window and found myself indecisive. Should I try their signature, handmade dumplings? But oh, those noodles looked good too. And since I'm able to convince myself of pretty much anything (especially where noodles are concerned), I opted for both: the chicken dumplings and the chicken noodles.While my food was being prepped, I hopped into Goods to order my pint, and by the time I was back outside to find a table my food was ready. I jumped right into those dumplings, which were served with a deliciously savory and spicy sauce (you can also order non-spicy). The dough was chewy and delicious - they definitely had that hand-made quality. And they were FULL of delicious chicken goodness. 5 stars for the dumplings!I was getting a little full, so I figured I'd save the noodles for later. I had to have one bite, though, just to try them. Again, these were phenomenal. Thick, chewy, and rich, with TONS of tasty chicken tossed within. And they were served in a wonderful house-made sauce that most definitely was made with love. 5 stars for the noodles, too! (And such a hearty portion - I ended up eating them later for dinner as well.)What was over-the-top about this spot, though, was the very friendly service and the sweet owner who was excited to talk about her business. I could tell she's passionate about her truck. I imagine long lines here as the weather gets warmer!

I tried them today at the Cabarrus County Fair. I had the spicy veggie dumplings and they were absolutely delicious! The flavor and textures were all on point. I will definitely be on the look out for them next year!
