Near gate A32 it is 10am. I was advised there was no hot food. Why is this. It was pretty busy and the kiosk was not available also. You could order but they asked folks to go to the register. I was hungry for DD today

I got a dunkalatte and donut, and the guys working there couldn't have been nicer! One asked the line if anyone was ordering a latte because they were cleaning the machine, I didn't mind to wait the 5 minutes because I've got connection time to kill. My coffee was delicious! The only complaint would be that the donut wasn't great, it tasted old, and I heard them tell the line that there was no hot food, just a heads up because that looks like a common complaint. But at least they don't waste anyone's time in line.

The worker messed up the Dunkalatte and it was overly sweet. I tried asking for more espresso to try to mitigate this issue and I got charged an extra $4 on top of a $7 drink for something that was the employees fault. The employees were friendly and the coffee roll was good.

Only one person was working, she was very stressed, was unable to make the breakfast sandwiches because she was alone. After a 30 minute wait, another employee arrives. When I got my sandwich it was a bit burned.

Waited over 20 minutes for an incomplete order. No sugar, no bacon, no cheese. Staff was also rude. I love Dunkin Dounuts but this is by far the worst one I have ever been

We visited on today, 5/5/25 around 6am. Firstly, they were down and couldn’t cook any hot food so you could only get donuts and coffee. The donut was hard, dry and not fresh, and the order light skinned black woman was extremely rude and unprofessional to my sister because she decided on one donut instead of two. She acted so classless and embarrassing to the other employees. I would never patronize that location again as long as she is working there.
