I had worst experience at this place. I went for Dine in and there are 6 people working at that time and all they are focusing on drive through orders. None of them showed up to take our order. And after waiting some time we tried calling them few times but none was responding. So we asked one of them to take our order since we had couple questions to ask while placing the order. And this guy responded with harsh tone saying “you gotta wait until someone show up or place your order on the screen as we are busy with other orders”. It felt really rude as we are there to have our brunch

Awesome location but such a flop with this staff. Barely can talk to someone, and when you do, you wait in the drive thru line for 10-15 min.... I'd rather spend the extra $3 for Starbucks.

I get excellent service every time I’m here! The employees are so nice to me and my coffee always tastes great. When I have my dog with me they even give him a little pup cup and are very nice to him too! I almost always get through the drive through line pretty quickly. The location is also great, it’s super convenient for where I live and work.

Went last week- waited in line over 20 minutes just for them to say they didn’t have what I ordered.Came back again today waited in line another 18 minutes Handed a bagel with cream cheese on the side no knife to spread so now I can’t even eat the food I ordered until I get to work IF I can find something to spread it-WASTE OF TIME AND MONEYI will not be back here- the south kings location could have a line backed up ONTO the street and I still get through within 10 minutes they know what they are doing and CLEARLY this location can’t do their jobs!

I’ve tried to give this location chance after chance and time and time again I leave so disappointed. Service is super slow, some of the employees are rude, and there’s something wrong with my order every time.Most recently I ordered on the app and selected drive thru as my pick up method. I ordered a toasted English muffin with butter on the side (as it is an option on the app). After waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru and finally getting to the window I asked for extra butter, the employee rudely replied that they don’t have that as an option, they only have a tub of butter to scoop onto food items themselves. That should’ve been brought up when I first got there. If you don’t have that, cool, but they should’ve simply let me know and asked if I wanted it on the English muffin. The cashier was nice and apologetic but the lady who was actually making the orders, not so much.No straw for my drink. If service is going to take a few minutes, at least have the order correct.

Horrible. I order from there all the time and legitamely atleast 1 or 2 but atleast 1 item WILL NOT BE what you ordered. If they run out of something they won't even care to call they just throw you whatever they feel fit. They won't ever answer the phone. I spend legitimately hundreds of dollars on dunkin a week and this is one place I WILL NOT EVER ORDER FROM AGAIN. It's really not hard to read and put the correct donuts in a box. Or press a few buttons to make my coffee the right way. Or even give me a hot coffee when I ordered it and not iced during the freezing of winter. You literally have one job. Get the food out and correct. Unless you can't read and don't have working arms this job is simple!!!!!

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Make sure you scrape out 45 minutes of your day if you want drive thru. Expect your order to be ignored if you go inside.

I get it’s a new Dunkin and all, but I’ve gone on 5 separate occasions and every time they gave me the wrong stuff. Y’all do know chocolate glazed and chocolate frosted donuts aren’t the same thing right? Like if someone orders chocolate glazed it’s a FULLY chocolate donut that is glazed as well… not an origional donut with chocolate frosting. Just thought y’all should know that since mfs got it wrong 5 different time's
