I hope that someone who can make changes sees this because it’s clear that these people need help. They are so disorganized; no one knows what they’re doing and there is no leadership. They need someone to help them build a process.
First, I want to say there are two girls at this place in particular I would rate 5 stars. I wish, I knew their names because they are friendly, polite and listen to comprehend. Outside of that, all the other reviews are correct. Horrible place with very lazy and rude employees who will always get the order wrong. A new staff is definitely needed!

I get excellent service every time I’m here! The employees are so nice to me and my coffee always tastes great. When I have my dog with me they even give him a little pup cup and are very nice to him too! I almost always get through the drive through line pretty quickly. The location is also great, it’s super convenient for where I live and work.
