This new Dunkin' location offers good, simple coffee drinks, both hot and iced, that are made well. The layout is very nice with plenty of seating. Some staff provide outstanding and excellent customer service with an upbeat attitude, a welcoming smile, and a willingness to make things right. However, the drive-thru can have long waits, sometimes over 25 minutes for mobile orders, which can leave drinks watered down. The staff does not always seem equipped to handle a small influx of customers. While they sometimes run out of popular items like protein milk, the coffee remains a reliable choice for a quick drink.
