After waiting in their line for over 20 minutes today I’m given the wrong coffee. I specifically asked if it was coffee because I can tell by looking at it that it’s wrong. She assures me that it IS coffee and I drive away because I don’t have extra time after my 20+ min wait. Turns out I have a frozen chocolate.... I’ve tried calling the store and no one answers. Every single time I go here it is done wrong. It’s very frustrating.
honestly I love DUNKIN Donuts. but I stopped there Thursday morning at about 6:30 to pick up 4 dozen donuts. I was not so politely informed I could order large orders in advance. oh I said, I'll do that next time. Then when they got my order ready (and it only took maybe 5 minutes) I was actually admonished because I didn't order them in advance. another customer got mad because they had to wait. gosh sorry I decided to spend almost $50 without giving you advanced notice LOL
I had a great time👍😘clean and the cashier was pleasant And was very happy face to help us.
