I came in here not knowing what Einsteins was, the girl at the counter i belive her name was Aireanna, she helped me figure out what I wanted and definitely made my day. Even though it was late she had a great attitude and was very positive and helpful will definitely be coming back.
I stopped by the Einstein Bros. Bagels at the Charlotte airport during a long layover, and I’m so glad I did. The girl with the orange locs (I think her name was Ariana?) was super sweet and had such great energy even though it was a late shift. She helped me figure out what to get since it was my first time there, and the bagel sandwich she recommended was chef’s kiss. It’s rare to get that kind of service in an airport, honestly. Thanks for making my night a little better!
The employees were enjoying each other's company and having a good time working!! The sandwich, The Farmhouse, was hot and tasty!
