Second time I’ve ordered a cappuccino and this is what I get.
The Sierra Mist tasted really weird. The employee gladly allowed me to trade it out for Pepsi. Also, I really appreciated how they asked if you'd like a lid and straw. It's great for the environmentally friendly people!
The food is good, but the service is always horrifically slow. Even when the lines are short it still takes them at least 5 minutes to make a sandwich. I think there's not much hustle here combined with an inability to multitask.

Highly recommend them, they are nice and very quick to service you.
This place used to be incredible. When they had the older African American manager there. I went today and they changed there policies. They will not cut the bagels anymore and on top of that they were almost out of everything! I have been going good there on and off for 3 years. That has never happened before. Also the workers were extremely unpleasant. Throwing pens down and expressing that they do not want to work there.
Good breakfast place to eat, a variety of bagels to choose from and to be made with.
