Truly sad because this place used to be good. A sweet couple that’s gone downhill with customer service. I got a milkshake tonight and it tasted very sour. I thought the milk was bad and I asked to substitute for regular scoops. The owner rudely said he doesn’t change an order ever. Won’t be going back

Ginger Ice Cream!!! I have never seen it before but I had to have it! It was tangy sweet and spicy! I loved it. They do offer samples disregard the posted signs!! I think I sampled a few options but the ginger was top choice. The older gentleman working was nice and helpful. All ice cream is homemade and prices are comparable. Small creamery in Charlotte that is worth a visit. They had about 30 flavors to pick from offer cones or bowls for ice cream.They also offer milkshakes and you can order cakes too! It is small with a few seats but they do have a bench outside where you can sit to enjoy! We were able to park on the street right in front of the store.

The owner was very rude to my 6 yr old daughter who politely said she did not like the I cream and asked for a different flavor. He told her no, waived his hand towards the door and said go. I tasted the ice cream and it was indeed disgusting and mint chocolate chip is a flavor she loves from anywhere she has ever gotten it. My daughters feelings were hurt more than anything

Worst ice cream I’ve ever had. Don’t even bother. They don’t do samples, aren’t wheelchair accessible and the ice cream taste like the cheap stuff at the dollar store and is full of food coloring.

The icecream was very good although there weren't a lot of flavors to choose from. The prices were a lot lower than other shops in the area. I would go there again.
