I didn't know this restaurant existed because I'm new to Charlotte, so I wanted to give it a try. I saw it while driving around. Upon entering the facility, I was pleasantly and professionally greeted. That is so important for me. I was seated immediately, despite the restaurant being busy. They also had outdoor seating, but it was too hot to be out there. My server, whose name was Nashera, was phenomenal. When I tell you, she was so kind, pleasant, genuine, and professional...

Nashera was an absolute delight! We had a party of 14 and this was the third brunch spot we tried for accommodations. She was so helpful with getting the tables set up in a timely manner, getting us seated, menus passed out, and getting our drinks and food orders. Nashera has a beautiful demeanor, personality, and smile. She definitely made our brunch experience delightful. If I'm ever in the area again, I definitely will visit famous toastery and hope to see her.

My wife and I come here all the time and have a great experience. Due to this, I made a this location a brunch stop for my student’s trip to Charlotte (35 people ) they were not only efficient but super friendly and patient with our students. Would 1000000% recommend. Big shoutout to Boris, Nashera, and Crystalyne. They were awesome. Give these guys a raise, whatever you need to do to keep em.
