My bf and I ate here last Saturday after a long day of holiday shopping. From the food and the kitchen team, to the bartenders knowledge and kindness, to the absolutely fun, creative, and innovative drinks, to the overall ambiance and atmosphere... we had SUCH a wonderful time. The folks who work here were happy and have creative space to set themselves apart from all the other cookie cutter restaurants of Charlotte. And everyone we met was SO incredibly genuine. Would have loved...
This was my first time at Fiamma and I will definitely be back! I was looking for an authentic Italian place to go to and decided to book here. The host gave us a private table and our waiter, Griffen, was exceptional. He knew the menu very well, was very attentive, and made fabulous recommendations! Overall, great experience!
Absolutely amazing! Lou, the owner's son, sat at every table and talked to every patron in the place. He spoke with us about our wine choice and the cocktail menu, making sure we were fully informed before making a selection. The food was wonderful, and justifies the prices. I also love that the place is so gluten-free friendly. I'll definitely be going back!!
