Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

My service was wonderful, I wish I could spell her name correctly however my food was not. It was cold and shrimp seemed overcooked because it was rubbery. I opted to just deal with it because they were crowded and I didn't feel like waiting.

Our service was fantastic. We were in and out in under an hour. The food was good and we did not have a long wait to receive our food. I was amazed at how fast everything went. Good food, excellent service. Our waiter Riley was AWESOME.

My coworkers and I had a great experience dining at Firebirds. The service and food were excellent. Our server Shannon went above and beyond to ensure everything went well for our party of 16 people. The other server, whom unfortunately I did not get her name, was also amazing. The food was great and the wait time was minimal considering the number of people in our party. We will definitely be going back again for another get together.

Terrance was serving us and maybe he has a lot on his mind he was not attentive, drinks wasnt getting ordered right food came out wrong I just feel with his attitude he had a lot of personal stuff going on . Wish I had a better experience. Food was good once they got it right .

This was such a disappointing experience. First of all the service was great so this wasn't about that. The table was shaky and sticky. I noticed the carpet looked really dirty like it hadn't been shampooed ever but you don't notice because it's so dark. But worst of all, the food was terrible. Caesar salad tasted like they mixed old and new lettuce, butter for the bread tasted old, we ordered the Cajun ribeye steaks that were clearly not ribeye cuts of steak. It was just pieces of beef pulled together to form the shape of ribeye. It was gross and disappointing. I've been here twice before and had a great experience with the food. Not sure what was up this day but I'm probably not going to return.

They were able to accommodate a party of 20! The service was impeccable. The food was fantastic. My daughter was able to enjoy her birthday!!! Thank you Firebirds!

This is the second firebird we eaten at and the experience was amazing. Our server Brie was simply amazing. If you're in Northlake I advice you to sit in her section. Oh! And the food was good too.

This is my go to place, it can be inconsistent at times with the food, depends on who is in the kitchen. Bartenders are always on point and the wait staff makes me always come back.

The atmosphere was great, but that's about all. I ordered a ribeye steak, and it definitely wasn't. I ate a very small portion of it, and once I quickly realized that they gave me the wrong cut of meat, I stopped eating. When I told the waiter, he simply said, "Sorry about that!" Nothing more! That went right in the trash, I didn't eat it.

Went here this evening and sat down for 15 min. No one came to the table to say hello or offer drinks. We walked out. I’m sure no one noticed niether. That’s not good customer service at all. How terrible!

Service is pretty ruff. Took around 15 mins for someone to greet us drinks remained empty and tables remained dirty. Had to make more tea at 3;00 so was without a drink for quite awhile.Food looks beautiful and is pretty good prices are reasonable for the quality and portions

Went here for dinner March 8. Found a seat in the far corner at the bar. Took a while for anyone to notice me even though I was beside another customer.

Bartender finally acknowledged me after speaking with the customer she apparently knew after 5 mins and asked what i wanted to drink.

Waited another 5-7 mins before she came back and asked what i wanted to eat and drink (again). She repeated my food order 2-3 times like she couldn’t remember it.

Waited another 5 mins before another bartender asked if i was helped and told them i was still waiting on my Coke.

My bartender seemed a little out of it. She way overly loud. She kept repeating everyone’s order 2-3 times.

Food was okay. Chicken was a little tough but edible.

Overall felt invisible because no one really checked on me to make sure i was okay. They paid more attention to the front of the bar. Took forever to get a refill and then took forever to pay for my check.

Not sure if i will be back. If i do, it won’t be for a while. Maybe next time, i will try to find a seat at the front of the bar

I visited one weekday when it wasn't busy at all, but for some reason, there was quite an extended wait on service. No problem though, the server was very friendly, attentive, etc.

The caesar salad was truly fabulous, presentation and flavor taking the lead. The croutons I weren't expecting to be excellently seasoned. I don't know what the flavor was, but I think a buffalo-seasoned crouton?

Decently priced. The stake was seasoned very nicely. Definitely a go-to for family gatherings, celebrations, etc.

I ordered a family meal via Postmates totaling over 160.00 and received a container of bread, carrots and mixed vegetables. The remainder
of my order was left behind. I called the restaurant and was told I could come to pick up the remainder of my order. Which was not an option for me. So the manager suggests that I call Postmates to ask that they send another driver to pick up the food. Except I can’t call I can only send a message through the app. The manager calls and is told that I can request a refund which would be issued in 7-10 business days. So what about my meal for tonight. I’m expected to reorder and wait for nearly 200.00 to be refunded to me. I will NEVER order from Firebirds again!!!
