Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

The restaurant was nice. However, the manager needs to do better addressing staff. His approach to the staff members was embarrassing. He could have done better by addressing whatever issues he had in private, not in front customers.

This is an excellent Firebirds!! We will be returning soon. Our server was exceptional. Manager was awesome too. Food was delicious. We will be back soon.

This was the worst experience for my birthday. The waitress kept disappearing and seem like something was wrong. My sisters food seem like it was something that had been sitting for a minute. The drinks was horrible. We will not be returning to this location at all. The only great thing was the hostess

From my arrival to the Northlake Firebirds, we were greeted with a level of kindness that was unmatched. Brandon (host) greeted me at the door and assisted by taking the Birthday Cake that was brought in. Our servers, Chris and Zach gave us excellent and prompt service from taking our drink orders to making Birthday memories for our special young lady. The staff made our experience very enjoyable. We will return Regina H.

This is the second time in one week that I have visited. Both times, the food came out cold. The potatoes for brunch were overcooked, so they were mistaken for steak.

I had my birthday dinner with my twin sister here. The food was delicious. But the service was remarkable! We had an amazing time with friends and family. Firebirds at Northlake is the place to go for great food and a good time.

Love the ambience and service. There was an issue but Zack my server was awesome! He was dedicated to making sure I was happy with the resolution! Because of his service I will recommend Firebirds to my friends and family!

I love Firebirds! & I always look forward to a reservation when I am in the mood for their food. The lobster queso is my always go to app & the bread usually doesn't disappoint either. This done-in was to celebrate my mother for being a mother. She is awesome & so resilient. Anyway the queso was cold. & took 20mins to come back to us. Grant they gave us a new bowl of it, thanks. But that was too long. Our food took quite awhile as well which didn't bother us. But when we would ask for items they would take FOREVER to be delivered and they WERE NOT CROWDED we dined at 5p on a holiday and it was crickets in there but not enough to where things shouldn't have been prepared a lil quicker. The food was great and our waiter was nice. But see places like this, expect large tips but their service delivery is not always worth the large tips we gave her $20 bc again, it's expected. But this location did disappoint my mother and I. We waited 15mins for a the tab delivery and another 10mins for her to return the sign receipt. Today just wasn't a good dine in day at this establishment. I'm beginning to think we need to travel to further locations for a proper firebirds experience.

I know it is not completely the restaurants fault, but I had a reservation and still had to wait over 30 minutes to be seated.

We had a wonderful experience at Firebirds. Mae and Brandon was great! They even gave the dads a $10 gc and brought a complimentary dessert for Father's Day. Definitely made the day even better. The food was yummy and Mae was so kind and very attentive.

Zach was an amazing waiter! He was very patient with my friend who needed extra help on the menu. Excellent customer service!

It was my daughter 16th birthday we had a great time. Food was delicious. Drinks were good.

We visited for my mom‘s 60th birthday. This was our first time and it will not be our last. Our server BRIE was amazing, food was delicious, and the ambience was perfect for the occasion. Shout out to the staff for the birthday card and the delicious birthday dessert. we will be back!

My prime rib was not as expected. And it came with some fries that were just thrown on the plate, not presented nicely at all.
