Lower the music! With the open ceiling it makes it very difficult to hear the conversation.
Excellent waiter. He greeted up promptly and thanked up for selecting Firebird's. Our waiter knew the menu, made a couple of recommendations (which were great). Waiter provided just the right amount of attention to our experience. He also was timely on replenishing our drinks. When leaving we usually speak about the great food. Sunday was different. We talked about the waiter's professionalism.
The hostess stand wasn't the most courteous- but our experience went way up from there. Our server was excellent, the food tasty and the wine was perfect! The managers who checked on us were fantastic. Definitely coming back!
Average place. Service was slow. Food was OK.

Firebirds is a charming establishment that I had the pleasure of visiting recently while my good friend gathered with family and friends. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, enhanced by the soft glow of pendant lights and the rich aromas wafting from the kitchen. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring that our needs were promptly met throughout the evening.
While browsing the extensive menu, I noticed that many items seemed a bit on the pricey side, which raised my expectations for the meal we were about to enjoy. Unfortunately, the food didn't quite live up to those expectations; the flavors were decent, but the overall quality didn't align with the cost. However, the lively vibe of the place made up for it, and the company of good friends turned the evening into a memorable experience. Overall, I truly appreciated the chance to spend time at Firebirds, and I look forward to returning, perhaps to try a few different dishes next time.

Horrible service. Called twice before I arrived to let someone know that we were celebrating an engagement. These two calls were “unsuccessful” in finding my reservation. When I arrived, the sweet hostess found it immediately. I made sure to mention to her, even though it’s on my notes in OpenTable that we are celebrating the engagement. I made it very clear that I am more than happy to pay for any type of “celebration.” The hostess said that they bring out something at the end with “congrats” on the plate. She said “I will make sure to tell your server.” Next, as I went to the restroom and came right back out- the hostess let me know again that she told the server. As soon as we sit down, Carolanne says “Oh we are celebrating an engagement?” At this point it’s awkward, it’s an unspoken rule what’s supposed to happen at a celebration that is disclosed from the person being celebrated. Okay, cool, too late to change anything—move on. It’s the principle of it. So next, we ask for a spicy margarita. Next comes some smart mouth comment about a current special margarita. Okay, yeah, we already saw the margarita. Next, we say- yea- that one sounds great if you could just omit the peach puree. Her next comment is, “oh so you just want a spicy margarita?” I do believe so, Carolanne, since that’s what we asked for in the first place.
Random manager or whatever on duty comes up next. While he’s awkwardly channeling his inner Steve Irwin and chasing a crane fly, he stumbles upon our table with a “D*mnit, tried to get him to stop. I can’t get him over here. This way, boy.”
He asks us how everything is, I let him know food is good, wanted to keep the “engagement celebration treat” on the low until the end. This comment is completely unacknowledged with a “well when someone is celebrating something we say something about it as soon as they sit down.”
Please, tell me where they do that at. At the end, “congrats, can I get you dessert?” You mean the one i asked for in the beginning?
The receipt said in the modifications “SEND NOW,” which explained why we received our Caesar salads 45 seconds before our entree. Carolanne said “they came out late, sorry.”
The crane fly flew out of my purse.

If you want your steak cooked properly do not go to this location, the workers are incompetent. I ordered a 16oz aged ribeye cooked medium, it is $45.99 and after waiting 20 minutes it came out raw. I spoke to the manager and he said he would make another one and after 10 more minutes they brought it out and it was raw again. DO NOT get steak at this Firebirds, save your money and go to a different location or eat somewhere else.

My food was awesome, but my husband almost choked on medium rare steak, it was so dry it got stuck in his throat. I tried a piece myself, if I put seasoning on soles of my shoes it would be similar I bet, awful. They took it off our bill.
I would go back for my seafood dish though.
Food and service excellent. But, they keep raising their prices...too much.

This was my first visit to firebirds after years of people raving. This will be my last and only visit. I had a reservation for 6:30 for a booth. Was sat at a table near the kitchen, it was very busy and loud. I never received bread and silverware. I had to ask to get. Ordered a sparkling water, and was never asked if I wanted a refill. I ordered the surf and turf (medium rare) the steak was burnt on the outside. I didn’t care for the spicy seasoning on the lobster tail. Kevin was a good server and understand they were busy when I arrived.

Update 1/17/25: Good customer and tasty food.
Pros: Perfect location off of Rea road, manager stop by to check on you, food very tasty, and plenty of parking. The decor is inviting and airy.
Cons: Can get crowded on holidays - suggest reservations. A little on the high side, but the taste and service was worth it!
Will return again in the future.

I usually try to give this place a shot once a year or so, but am continually underwhelmed by the quality of the service and the food for the price point they operate on. This time was no different and will actually be the final straw.
When our appetizer and salad arrived, I grabbed my side plate to put my bread on it, but felt a texture that should not have been there. When I flipped it over, there was food caked to the bottom along with some black residue (we noticed this residue on the other side plate on the table as well). My dining companion instantly lost their appetite and could not finish their appetizer. Upon bringing it up to our waitress, the manager came by to try to offer excuses for their staff instead of trying to make it right with us. In the end they changed us for both items we ordered even though one was completely uneaten.
Edit:
Wanted to thank a friend for reminding me as we were talking about this experience. My dining companion wanted to bring up that she was unable to finish her food, but the manager interrupted and shut her down before she could chime in and then left the scene as soon as he could finish his fake apology.
