Ashley my server was fantastic attentive and very professional would recommend this place highly for weekend brunch or dinner also another person (probably) the manager came around also asking if everything ok which is rare find in some of the top restaurants now so for me this restaurant is on my list to visit on a regular basis.

My daughter and I celebrated our birthdays with a lunch date. We had blasted time at Firebirds. The manager,hostess,Terrance, our server,bartender(she was amazing),our blessing to the cooks and kitchen staff, the food was delicious! ?

This is the 3rd Firebirds restaurant I've been to in the Charlotte area (Rea Road location) and it's at least as nice as the other two (Huntersville and South Charlotte). Our waitress (Adrienne) was fantastic. She was very personable and knowledgeable regarding the menu and food options. It was my 16th wedding anniversary, so she went out of her way to make that known to the staff. A couple of them came out and congratulated us and they even gave us a complimentary dessert (see photo). And our dinner was as great as we expected it to be. Definitely a location we'll be back to.

Soooo busy. We waited 50 minutes for a table on a Wednesday night. We’d never been here before, and wanted to try something different. The food took another hour which was insane, but it wasn’t from staff shortage because they had a lot of workers. The server ended up spilling the drink all over the table and just left it ? The food was good, but def not worth waiting two hours. We can get some tasty steak and baked potatoes at other steakhouses and notwaste an entire evening.
Honest review. Overall worst Firebirds I’ve been to. The front desk hosts are not personable or welcoming. Food is not good and the overall atmosphere is just not a place where I would dine again.

The Firebird Perfect Margarita is anything but. It is Perfectly Terrible. It is not served in a Margarita glass, or a salted rim, and whatever mix they use is absolutely horrible. Better off getting some Jose Cuervo from the store. Every Margarita I have ever had was better than this one. It was that bad. My spouse didn't believe me and spit it out it was that bad. She is from Colombia and knows a Margarita.The rest of dinner was excellent. We had 2 Shareables. The Lobster with Tortilla Chips and a Tuna Sushi. The dinners were also excellent. Shrimp and Pasta and Salmon.Service was really good.

We enjoyed the brunch menu immensely. The bacon and egg brioche sandwich was one of the most delicious breakfast sandwiches I have ever eaten. My wife loved her massive Smothered Tenderloin Breakfast Burrito. The Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie is not pictured because we devoured it so quickly, it’s only available on a limited basis so if you are lucky enough to try it you will never forget it! The food and service are all TOP NOTCH.
